The drive through is sooooo ridiculously slow!!! Don’t come here if you’re super hungry because you’ll be waiting forever. Luckily the window staff are nice because if they weren’t I’d never come back due to how slow it is.

Worst taco bell ever! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sat In the drive thru for 30 minutes to be told the Computer froze. Saw 4 cars leave behind me because it was taking so long we would have left too but we were stuck. Finally order get to the window to sit another 10 minutes and then they fuck up my order I said no cheese on my soft tacos and it was correct on the screen but not when I got home and went to eat the tacos. Then they don’t give me my receipt. Will Never eat here again no wonder they have so many bad reviews!

Trapped in drive through for 30 min! Arrived at taco bell at 730pm tonight. Left with incorrect order at 8pm. Had a car behind me so I was unable to escape. Got to witness a lady yelling at the incompetent cashier while I was in the drive thru window, which made me feel at little better that I was not the only one unhappy with the Live Mas experience. Probably will not be back to this taco bell.

Lowered to 1 star after tonite’s disaster. Gave uo on the drive thru that was simply not miving. Came inside to order.
Forget this place for FAST. It’s been 20 mins. My steak burrito supreme has no beans and extra rice. Not what I ordered. They’re trying to tell me the steak bits are beans. Walk around discussing it and don’t remake it. I came here to get it fast and head to a dance. Wretched. Next time Taco Jalisco next door.
BTW, the steak is flavorless low grade if steak. Not Carne Asada like at El Pollo Loco.

This place has no toilet seat covers, that is just not very hygenic, also not hot water to wash hands, and the blow dryer isn’t hot either, which leads me to wonder when the workers use that bthrm and go back to kitchen to handle our food OMG… NOOOOOO, NEVER NOT MY FOOD OR MY FAMILY’S FOOD… UGH

I wish there was a negative stars button… this place is horrible!!! Frist of all why have a check your order screen for me if it says my orders right then it should be but it never is… on more than one occasion I have had to go back to have them either fix something or give me something THEY forgot! But the one thing that really ticks me off is that I ordered a potato taco for my 4 yr old and they first failed to mention that they changed the sauce from the white Baja sauce to the spicy cheese sauce!!! Needless to say I brought it home my daughter took one bite and started screaming because it was burning her mouth! When I went back to ask them to fix it they gave me attitude then charged me extra to give me the ORIGINAL sauce that used to be on it!!! I live so close and its so convenient for me but because they have such bad service ill never go back!!! Your loss taco bell!!!

I walked to this Taco Bell from the tire store down the street for a quick lunch about 1:30PM on a week day. The food was just like any other Taco Bell. The problem is that this place needs to be cleaned! The tables were sticky and appeared unsanitary. I have eaten off street carts in Mexico that were cleaner than this place. If the staff can’t clean the tables that the public can see, I wonder what goes on in the kitchen where the public cannot see. Although this is probably a franchise with an absentee owner, the corporate office should get involved before this place makes someone very sick. I for one will stick with Del Taco.

I love Taco bell, and I frequent this location often, but they have an issue with getting orders correct. The Baja blast freeze machine seems to be always broken. Other than that, no real issues.

This is the SLOWEST Taco Bell… Or drive thru FAST food I have ever been too!!! I live across the street and frequent this location often thinking next time it won’t be so bad… But it always is! Waiting for my food at the window always takes more than 5 minutes! I am not exaggerating either. I watch the clock they have that tells them how long I’ve been there, but obviously that is there for decoration.

This is a beautiful establishment where I often wander to quench my endless hunger. The staff offers me support and inspiration to follow my dreams and become the best person that I can be. This is more than just tacos, this Taco Bell is a creator of happiness and motivation. If Taco Bell were a person, I would buy them a drink and give them a fist pound. I walked into the restaurant and immediately I felt dirty. I don’t know why I continued to order but I did. I ordered one chicken quesadilla and two tacos. The chicken quesadilla was actually pretty good. There was even a little bit of chicken in it. The tacos however, were mushy and I wasn’t too sure about the meat they had inside. Compared to Del tacos tacos Taco Bell does not compare. I always going to a Taco Bell hoping it’s going to be good but, the upkeep and the cleanliness in the food just doesn’t measure up, so I probably won’t be going to another Taco Bell.

Third time a charm! Just went through the drive thru, and once again get back to my office and I’m missing an order of nachos (3 times this has happened). The cheese was in the bag, just not the chips this time. My bad for not checking. In addition, it is really annoying when ordering at the speaker they want to know exactually how many and what type of taco sauce you want, and then they don’t put it in the bag! I’d rather have them ask me at the window so I could see them stick it in the bag. No matter now, I’ll be going to the Taco Bell in Tustin.

I live right across from this Taco Bell and ever since my very first visit here I’ve gotten nothing but BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
STAFF: whenever I visit, the staff is either lazy/​slow or rude. of the 13 years ive lived in front of taco bell, ive never seen a staff member SMILE.
SERVICE: Very SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOWWWWW service! AVOID THIS PLACE AT NIGHT, ESPECIALLY THE DRIVE THRU. If you go at night, expect to wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. This place is right next to a university and highschool so at night a lot of the students come here before and after their parties or just simply come as a group to hang out so it gets really busy. THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDERS WRONG. it’s so frustrating!

The people that work here are assholes, they have recently been really bad about getting my order right, and the last time I was there they only gave me one mild sauce, ONE!
Plus I’m still bitter about the Code Red
