Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I wish I could give them 10 Stars just on the customer service! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and with a great attitude!

My mom and I decided to give the house a little make-​over this winter in time for Christmas with the family. We repainted the interior and wanted to try out some wallpaper. Unfortunately, we didn’t know wallpaper was kind of hard to find. You can’t really find it at your local Home Depot. So we did some research, went to a few shops that didn’t really have anything new or trendy. We finally randomly called Sherwin Williams and just from the few people I spoke to on the phone, everyone was so friendly and happy to help.
We went here and their selection of wallpaper is extremely impressive. They had a ton of sample books and a small table to hang out and take your time. It was a nice time with my mom, and the young man that helped us was super adorable. I think is name was Jimmy. He kept checking up on us and tried to answer all our questions.
We placed an order with the store manager, Tyson, who was also very friendly and thorough in instructing us how to apply the wallpaper and helping us grab all the supplies we needed. When the order arrived to our home, we thought we received the wrong order, and Tyson was quick to help us out. Turns out we didn’t open the wrapper to the wallpaper and the color looked brown. (WE FELT QUITE SILLY)
Anyhow, we love this store and we love the people!
I overheard a few customers come in and say the same thing so I think they’re doing things right over here. We highly recommend them to everyone!

This place is just past the Walmart and Fatburger plaza if you’re traveling northbound on Tustin (at Heim).
We’ve been working (like crazy) on the home we just bought… Chakong at this store has been extremely helpful in getting not only the custom paint I ordered in stock, but also updating me and my contractor on pick-​up times, dates, etc…
Great pricing for the quality of paint — this stuff kills Behr and even Restoration Hardware’s quality, all-​light look, and durability… but it was the service, the extremely clean store, and friendly help that makes me want to return and give this store more business.
