In addition to our boat repair services and restoration, we also offer dockside and on-the-water services from Long Beach to Dana Point. We offer boat repairs on both gas and diesel boats.

A family owned and run business with an outstanding reputation in the industry. I have been a mechanic since High School. And grew up on boats and water sports. As a kid I could fix anything. So naturely I became a mechanic.
I decided to go to school and become certified in Mercruiser, Volvo penta, Outboards, and Diesel engines. and took first in my calss. That was 2000 to 2002.
I opened the doors to my new shop in 2002 with one promise to my self and my customers. Customer relation, and satisfaction had to be of the utmost importance. And that is how I have retained my customer base to this day. I have also learned that you cant keep everyone happy. But believe me I when I say I can make a believer out of YOU

In business for ten years you tend to learn a few things. I was an employee prior to R&R Marine. Working for a marine shop in Long Beach. I worked there for two years and decided it was time for a raise. When I confronted the owner he told me that «You are just a $ 15.00 an hour guy» That is when I decided to go to school and start my own business.
One of the things I learned from being in business is that if you treat people like they are just a «$ 15.00 an hour guy «they tend to not stick around for long.
