Very clean and professional! I went in for lip threading and no joke was out in 5 minutes. Reasonable prices and wonderful staff! Definitely coming back!

Been going here for a year now and am completely satisfied. I am light skinned and do not have a lot of hair to begin with but I always manage to leave with perfectly tamed and shaped brows.

This is the best perfect brows location. Nadia did my brows last time and they were amazing! They lasted almost a month when usually they only last two weeks! She didn’t make it painful at all like I find with other threaders. Going back today, I hope Nadia is there! However, all the ladies here do a great job!

I have been a loyal customer at Perfect Brows Orange and Long Beach for about 3 years now and let me just say they do a five star job every time I come in. This place is always busy so give yourself a couple minutes, but, they have ample parking, they are overly friendly, and by FAR the absolutely best brow threaders in Southern California (and I have gotten around lol). Honestly I can’t pick one girl as being better then another, I never really catch their names but they are always welcoming. My usually visits are for facials because they use Dermalogica and their prices are fair. But I would definitely recommend Perfect Brows to my fellow Unilocalers!

Drove 25 min from my house and arrived at 4:30, was rejected service because they closed at 5 PM… Perfect.

Patel was very friendly and place very clean.
Overall great experience and will go back again.

Lost a customer for life…
Called and made an appointment. Left waiting for 30 min past the time. When I asked why. They just said sorry and turned around.

Best eyebrow place I’ve ever been to! They always do a good job with my eyebrows! The staff is very kind and take their time as well as providing any advice on plucking/​filling in. They take their time trying to make it as painless as possible! After they are done, they finish it off with some cooling Rose water! I’d recommend every staff worker! Great place!

I love coming here for eyebrow threading (which BTW is one of the best I’ve been to in the OC) and thought I’d give the brazilian wax a try as this place is close to home and more affordable than my typical waxing salon. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made.
The beautician was super friendly and the waxing room was impeccably clean; however, upon entering the room and getting ready for some grimacing stripping, it turned out that the wax was too cool to use. The beautician apologized for the wax not being ready and heated ready for application. She ended up taking a tub of wax from the room next door which did not seem warm enough once she applied the first blob. oh lordy lord. Now commenced the most painful 15 minutes of my life…
Strip after strip. I wanted to die. At first, I thought I was just not used to their wax formula, but after the pain seared increasingly more, I knew it was not me, but the beautician. She kept applying the wax over the same area, ironically over an area in which I KNEW should not have hurt as much compared to the other sensitive areas of my temple, yet she continued to mumble under her breathe that it was because I had shaved before that the hairs were growing in different directions and thus the wax was not catching the roots, explaining her stripping the same area repeatedly. So I endured. The entire 15 minutes. Teeth clenched and body rigid the whole session, I knew the next few days would not be pretty, but boy did I not know how bad it would be. Upon finishing, I stood up and limped all the way back to my car. It felt like someone took a bat and literally bashed me down there… enough to bruise it and leave a burning sensation with any pressure/​touch/​etc. Oh– and the area was not completely clean, which was a disappointment because if I went through all that pain, it better AT LEAST be 100% hair free!
I’m not trying to just hate on this place just for the sake of it, but wanted to warn all my other female friends to probably stop to think about coming here for a brazilian wax for the sake of their vagina’s sanity. By all means, YES come to Perfect Brows for threading of the brows or face! Their work is amazing. I mean, their business name says brows so that’s what they are best at doing! And don’t do the wax my friends. I am traumatized beyond belief and am sticking to my $ 65 waxes, albeit a little high, here on out.

Perfect Brows was my first experience with eyebrow threading. I heard that threading took longer and was more painful than waxing, but for $ 8 I had to give it a try. These ladies live up to the store name and now I don’t go anywhere else. Nadia, Ripal, and Malti are so patient and friendly. Everyone here goes out of their way to make the process as quick and comfortable as possible.
I should note that my brows were uneven before I started going here. Now, a year later, my shape has been saved!
Whether you are new to threading, need major damage control, or just want a quick clean-​up, I whole-​heartedly recommend the experts at Perfect Brows!

I’ve only had my eyebrows done here and they’ve been on point most of the time! They’re quick and efficient about it as well. It runs you about $ 9 (it has increased over time, but I still go here for the sake of convenience because it’s on the way home for me)
My only disappointment with Perfect Brows is the lack of consistency. They don’t always trim, they don’t always offer rosewater at the end, and they don’t always ask what you want. Some of the ladies that work here just start going at it. Thankfully it usually turns out fine.
I’ve had only ONE bad experience where I’m pretty sure the lady messed up and blamed me for having uneven brows, saying I had to let one grow in, and that I should come back after so they can fix it (what? seems kind of rude because my non-​shaped brows were even in thickness coming in).
After all the times I’ve been here, I’ve had that ONE bad experience. I’m not going to give up on the other ladies though because they are awesome! So I’ll keep going here for convenience and a quick job as long as I don’t get that same bad experience again.

BEST threading experience I’ve ever had. Totally worth every penny! Super great service and beautiful atmosphere. I got an eyebrow threading and afterward, my threader cleaned my eyebrow area thoroughly with toner and then applied aloe gel and gave me the most amazing mini face massage! I’ve never had that before but I’d pay more than $ 9 for the amazing service here! Definitely love how affordable it is though!

I came here for my first time on a Wednesday around 4 PM. I haven’t really done anything with my eyebrows in over a year and they are starting to grow together lol. Anyway I had Mitra as my brow threader and she was super sweet, fast, and did a fantastic job. It was worth $ 9 and I will be back.

Not sure what all of the hype for PB is over — my experience here was the same as any other threading place — rather unremarkable.
I’ve tried several other threading places before and not seen the magic — when I tell my pro-​threading friends that I still like waxing better, they give me a look like they’re seeing a llama walk on just its back legs — like I’m a giant weirdo.
When I walked in one early weekday evening I thought maybe this 4^th threading spot would spark the fire. There wasn’t a single customer in the place, which meant I got my brows done right away. By chance I ended up getting one of the threaders that was recommended by other Unilocalers (though her name escapes me). I told her what I tell every eyebrow beautician — I like my eyebrows a bit thinner than my natural growth. She seemed very confident and reassuring about sculpting my brows — I had read that a couple customers before said that they had no arch and she re-​shaped their brows perfectly.
After just a few minutes she was done and I sat up and reflected on her work with rather disdain. My eyebrows were not thinner, but maybe a little thicker than my natural brows — so I asked her to thin them a bit more. When I sat up the second time each of my brows were done exactly to their natural shape (which mind you they are NOT the same shape — one is thicker at the end than the other and if you clean them up without leaving extra hairs at the end of the shorter one they don’t look even). When I pointed out how my one eyebrow was now much shorter than the other, too short to fix — she told me that I had tweezed my eyebrows too much and had removed too much hair for her to shape them equally so one of them had to be ridiculously short — … I rarely ever tweeze my brows — they’re light light blonde so I let them grow out like crazy between getting them done since you can’t tell, plus I — she totally made an excuse.
Every threading place I’ve been too — including PF — always shapes my brows naturally to their awkward state, not thinner and precise like waxing does. Unfortunately, PF was the only threading salon to blame me for their mistake. If waxing can make it happen, is it really me?
Two stars for walk-​in ease, fair pricing, and their stamp card program — but is all that really worth paying money for something that you may not be happy with?
I think I’m permanently done trying threading now — time to turn back into a llama and walk on my hind legs.

I am lowering my rating for Perfect Brows because of my recent visit to the shop and some other issues I’ve chosen to overlook in the past. First, I want to say is that this place does great work they definitely know how to shape brows, in fact it’s some of the best threading I’ve ever seen. But I’m having an issue with sanitation.
I went in on ⁹⁄₁₉ to get my brows and lips done, the girls chair who they told me who to sit at had been messing with someone’s hair in another chair when I came into the shop. She came over and immediately went to pick up the thread and start on my face. I stopped her and said she needed to use hand sanitizer before she started on my face. If I hadn’t said anything she would have just started! Not sanitary at all! To me, that’s a problem. According to my receipt that gal who provided service was Malti.
Also, this isn’t my first time having to say something. I went during a busy time and had to wait for about 15 minutes in the seating area for my requested gal to do my brows. She had latex gloves on and she did several clients with those same gloves on. I have no problem that folks wear gloves for their work but they should be changed for each new client. When it was my turn to sit in her chair I asked her to please change her gloves and she said she put sanitizer on them between each client. I watched her, no she didn’t and that’s not how gloves work. You can’t sanitize them! I told her that and she did remove them and sanitize her hands to do my brows but not before I got major attitude and now she gives me attitude each time I go in. My next step will be to call the health department next time I witness sanitation issues in the salon. Just want to make everyone aware.

There was one nice lady ahead of me and Nadia apologized for the wait but seriously it was no big deal at all. I would have waited if there were ten girls ahead of me because of all the great reviews she has. I will be a returning customer!

This place is awesome. They do a great job and it doesn’t hurt as much (or I’ve become accustomed).
I just get my brows cleaned up since I have a naturally nice shape but my mom has BUSHY brows and they do an awesome job on her. They know how to shape her brow for her face shape and features, giving her a more youthful appearance.

I’m REALLY picky about my eye brows, so I’m happy to say my first threading experience went great! I had Malti, she works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I told her I had never had my eyebrows threaded, and she was really good about walking me through what to expect, and she was very gentle.
She gave me a bit more of a shape than I’ve had before with waxing, and so far I’m happy with it! She really listened to what I wanted, and delivered! I’ll definitely be back to see Malti again!

After my bad experience here, I decided to come back on a whim. I didn’t ask for and didn’t want to receive anything for free due to my negative experience. I’m willing to pay for the services provided.
After growing my eyebrows out for about 4 months, I came back to get them fixed. Even all this time later, they’re still not completely even, but I can cover it up with makeup. I feel like this place doesn’t offer consistent work, especially when you get different people working on your brows. This is totally understandable because different people have different styles.
I have to say that Puja (spelling may be off) is my favorite person here. I always leave happy with my eyebrows and she does her best to make them «sisters» even though one still has a slightly higher arch than the other.
This is still my go-​to brow place and my bad experience was probably a very, very unfortunate fluke.

I had my first threading here yesterday morning, and I went for my full face! I went when they opened at 11am, and I’m happy I did because when I left 30 minutes later there was a crazy line out the door!
The ladies were sweet, straight to the point, trying to make sure people didn’t wait too long. I loved my results, we decided to do a waxing on the sides so a full face (which does include eyebrows) with minimal waxing=$ 30. I thought it was appropriately priced.
Will definitely come back!
