Great Home Inspector company. Thanks again Brian for the great work. I went against my realtor’s recommendation and tried Brian due to his great reviews on Unilocal.Indeed he did a great job. Brian is amazing!
My agent contacted him on a Tuesday and he was ready to go and inspect the property that same week on Friday. He emailed us the report a couple of hours right after he completed the inspection. Not only is he fast but he is very thorough and detailed in what he does. The report is very easy to read and Brian explains his notes on the side to make sure my husband and I completely understand what is happening.

If you need complete and detailed inspection, Brian is the guy to call! He is quick to respond back to any type of inquiry you have regarding an inspection appointment and is always on time to the inspection!
I have had the chance to work with him on two houses and one condo so far. He is priced fairly and gets the job done! He doesn’t scare away potential buyers but let’s the reports peak for them selves.
