You can have great staff but if the office does not matter if they do not answer the phones. I have been trying for 30 minutes to get through on the 714 937‑6143 number. I hit a «1 as directed to make an appointment or talk to a receptionist. I get the message «All physicians assistants are busy please hold on». Then I have to wait for 3 – 5 minutes on hold. Then the system says it is transferring the call and it rings for at least 20 times without an answer. It is still ringing now as I type this. I have tried 2x since 4PM and both times the same result. The add for this medical office is they are open until 5PM «really». I need to find out about an important referral to an Orthopedist and still no answer WOW! I am a medical person myself and I would never treat my patients like this. Still ringing!

I am very happy with my association with Dr. Fox. He is friendly, intelligent and well-​educated. He encourages me to do better without berating me or putting me down or talking down to me. He listens carefully and answers my questions respectfully and relevantly. He doesn’t rush me through, either. I have been looking for a doctor like this for a long time. Thank you, Dr. Fox!

I highly recommend Dr. Fox, while he was checking my lungs he found a fractured vertebrae that a couple other doctors failed to catch when I came to them for back pain. The staff is great too.
