I love the deep pizza but it’s never hot and ready… went in at 645pm and was told 18 minutes… what a marketing scam… take your business elsewhere they don’t get it at this location

My boyfriend and I usually come here about once a week. We always call ahead and order our pizza. Well today we decided to add a extra vegetable to our pepperoni pizza, and it was definitely not the same quality we received all the times before. This pizza was literally a old pizza that they threw a few pieces of veggies on and put it through the oven for a few minutes more. There was hardly any cheese and the crust was incredibly stale. The pizza wasn’t even hot. I’m seriously upset. If it wasn’t for us having to rush, I would have called and made them make us another one. But with today being a Saturday, lord knows, the«10 minute wait» would be 20… I would have preferred buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store across the street. Even the 7 – 11 pizza. Ugh. Get it together, people! End rant.

Went here yesterday to order 2 deep dish & one regular. The wait wasn’t any different than I had experienced before. Because I didn’t call ahead I expected to wait 15 minutes for the 2 deep dish. I was told 8 minutes. So I went back to my air conditioned car because the place got packed real quick and the A/C in there was now hardly noticeable. I came back in 8 minutes later and no surprise, the dishes weren’t ready. As a returning customer to this particular Little Caesar, I knew this was coming. So I didn’t mind. 5 minutes later I get my pizzas… with a free litter of soda and a free order of crazy bread. I was puzzled and ask«what for?» She said for the long wait. I laughed it off because it wasn’t that long of a wait. But I took the freebies, went home and my nephew and nieces enjoyed deep dishes and crazy breads.

You don’t understand how this hurts. Leave a «Not-So-Good» review at the place that was my first job. Half of the employees there are my ex-co-workers & I love them… But these new front-cashier girls can be rude. I ordered through the phone & they had my order ready. As I walked up I don’t talk very loud & the chick didn’t give eye contact. «I came to pick up an order for Jackie.» She repeated exactly what I said LOUDLY with no eye contact, looking behind me. Then she looked me up & down(because I was in sweats) & «let me check if its ready». Great. She realized it was where the ready orders are & she grabbed it gave it to me & said $ 17.01. Perfect two deepdish. Hand her a card. The other chick next to her had seen me often come in & speak to half thier crew. Doesn’t say a word but stares heavily. Ok? I end up having to give her my credit card becuase I had a temp debit card.(Ooops I lost it.) Then she hands me a recpiet & says nothing what so ever. Luckily none of the people I knew were there otherwise I would have told them to make sure these girls don’t act that way with other people, ESPECIALLY in that area!!! You see, its the indirect communication that people see as well. It’s not always the verbage. Hopefully You Have A Better Experience. =/

There is only one cliché phrase I can say, You get what you pay for. I admit, when you have a pizza party for school and you need the pizza fast, this is the place to go. There are better cheap pizza places out there like Pizza Shack in Tustin, but when its a matter of convenience either because of where you are located or just because you are too lazy to drive anywhere then i guess you would come here.

Best place of cheap pizza! The trick is have them bake you a fresh one! My husband always orders a medium pizza w/extra cheese or extra pepperoni so basically they are forced to make you a new one instead of giving you the ones that have been sitting out for a while. I love their cheese garlic bread with sauce. Yum!

Good for what it is. Filler and or kid’s food. Kid’s don’t care about pizza, case in point all the kids I know love this stuff. So $ 5.00 for a pepperoni or one topping. Perfect for what it is, not the best but the cheapest. To top that, the wings are good.

Ghetto pizza for when you’re in a ghetto pizza kinda mood! If you’re a starving student, just panhandled enough change for lunch AND dinner, or just occassionally have a serious craving for $ 5 large pepperoni or cheese pizza that tastes like… well, $ 6 pepperoni or cheese pizza, then the GG Little Caesars is for you. Don’t be confused by the address — last I checked it’s actually in Orange but yet they show up in the yellow pages as «Little Caesars: Garden Grove’ which coincidentally seems to describe the location of my home as well. You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll wonder«isn’t this Orange?», if only a wee bit downscale. Warning, the pizza MAY not be ready when you get there(as the sign says it is), but the counter person will gladly bark out the waiting time to you, accurate within 1 – 2 minutes, when you order. I went there early one Sunday afternoon, only to be entertained by something to the effect of «you! 4 minutes!» «you! 5 minutes!» «you! 7 minutes!» for those handing over their Lincolns and awaiting the results of their request. Thus, call ahead if you’re going there in crunch time and need to save a few minutes. Oh, they won’t remember what you ordered afterward either, so expect to have to repeat it once or twice. But that’s the price we pay… They also have wings and«crazy» bread with dipping sauces at relatively low prices. No seating whatsoever, if you were wondering(not that you’d really be itching to eat there anyway) and I don’t even know if they deliver so it’s pretty much to-go only. Oh and another tasty little tidbit, the Shell station across the street on the corner of Chapman and Haster is about the cheapest gas in town, unless you count Costco. Gas, pizza, and um, gas. What else could you ask for?
