Keeping Score Custom Lettering

I took in 2 zipper tote bags that I wanted my name embroidered on. I dropped them off late Monday afternoon & I received a call Tuesday at 1:00 pm saying they were ready for pickup. They did an excellent job, I’m super happy with the job. A+

What a great place for jersey work!!! They are the best!!! My jerseys were done great! Numbers and Nameplates were perfect!!! If you need jersey numbers and nameplates than this is the place for you!!!
The owners are very good at telling you what works and know the jerseys and color combos! They make you feel good about having them do your Jersey! They are quick and perfect!

I’ve used Bea’s company twice now for moderately large personal orders: Patch making, embroidery, sewing and every time exceeds my expectations. They may be a day or so late on promised date but better than most everyone else. Very busy and you’ll see why the first time you pick your order up. I have a cople of more moderately large orders I have to get done, so don’t go here until my stuff is done :)

Found this place based on Unilocal reviews. They do an amazing job, they’re reasonably priced, and they’re nice people. They got my twins’ jerseys done faster than expected and they look great. I’ll be recommending this place and getting all my custom made stuff here when my kids are old enough for team sports. Another plus… it’s right by the Salty Dawg! :-)

Since this is a second review of this place, I’ll keep this one simple.
So, I took in 4 patches to be sewn onto 4 different hats. Well, as expected, the patches were seen on very nicely. I did have 2 patches that were created on Velcro but even those were sewn on seamlessly!

After going to a few places around town it’s an amazing feeling to find a place that doesn’t over charge for what your looking for. After taking a look at a few samples of there work I was happy to place my order.
Iv been in customer service for over 10 years and it’s hard to find businesses that are attentive and give a pleasant experience to there customers, this is a family owned business from my research that iv done and from my experience it’s definitely a family experience when your being helped.
If you go ask for Bea, you won’t regret making this your one stop shop for anything that you need.

Thank you Keeping Score. I ordered shirts for my husbands company. They came out great. They had a selection of shirts to choose from. We ordered the nicer quality dry fit shirts as recommended by Bea the owner. I got a dozen with my husbands company logo on them. We requested 6 with the logo on the front of the shirt and 6 of them with the log on the sleeve. They came out sharp. We really appreciate it. Thank you Bea and Keeping Score!

Excellent service! This past December, after calling around to similar businesses, I talked with Bea, the owner and she knew exactly what I wanted! She really sounded like she knew what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable placing an order. Plus their prices are more than reasonable! So I went ahead and ordered 26 large tackle twill patches to be sewn onto sweaters for a high school cheer squad Christmas parade. With just a few days notice we found out that we needed 10 more sweaters. Bea assured me she would get them done for us on time for our parade. They were done a day early! Couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using them again!

Took my hockey teams jerseys in to have a crest put on the front and I am so glad that I went here. Bea is very nice and knows what she is doing. We had good communication throughout the process. The price was fair and the job was done on time. Thank you Bea!

I was very happy with the service I got here! I was helped by two people: Bea and a gentleman I feel bad but I don’t remember his name. Both of them were very friendly and helpful.
I ordered 2 baseball jerserys to be personalized. I was told they would be done in about 2 weeks and got a call a week later saying they were already done! I loved the outcome and have gotten compliments on how great the job was. I plan to come back here for any future embroidery or personalization items!

Had my jerseys done here for my basketball league and They did a great /​awesome job on all of them!!! Numbers and name are just perfect. Just as i as them to do. keep up the good work… thanks again for an awesome job…

Just had some prints made. They turned out great. Service was fantastic. Seamless transaction. Shaun took great care of me from start to finish. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

This is the WORST embroidery place EVER.
1) I placed an order 2 weeks before the due date. They had it ready on the date but DIDN’T leave me a call back number which I could contact. How the hell am I suppose to pick up my sweatshirt then?
2) They messed up the sweatshirt by putting an uneven amount of spacing between the 3 Greek letters in front.
3) Bea, who is the owner, refused to give me a refund for messing up on my order. She gave me an option of only refunding $ 22 for the embroidery or purchasing a new sweatshirt and she would do it for $ 22 more. = my sweatshirt cost more than $ 110.
4) She indirectly threatened to call the police by telling us a story of a past customer experience
5) I chose the $ 22 new-​sweatshirt option. I left the new sweatshirt with her and 4 weeks later, she calls me telling me that she messed up on the hood. They took the stitches out and the hood had holes.
6) SO I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER SWEATSHIRT.
7) She told me she could finish the sweatshirt within 1 week, she took 2 weeks to finish.
8) THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
This place provided the worst experience ever. I had to drive back and forth more than 4 times= a tank of gas=$ 36 on top of $ 110. DO NOT GO HERE. I WARN YOU. The quality of their services disappoints and they do not take full responsibility of it either.

The only place I trust with my gear.

Bea is a sweetheart but not very professional. I am in a co-​ed fraternity and was ordering a sweatshirt for my little sister. I went 3 weeks in advance with my boyfriend who had used Bea before. The sweatshirt was not ready until 1 hour before I needed it on the day of my little sister’s activation. Apparently, the catalog company sent her a crewneck sweater instead of a hoodie. She never called me to let me know there was going to be a delay so I was panicking the day of my fraternity’s activation ceremony. Even before I went in to place my order, I looked for sweatshirts at Sports Chalet, Sports Authority, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. But it was spring and of course, there were none to be found. So I knew I couldn’t do anything, I couldn’t buy another sweatshirt and bring it to her. UPS delivered the sweatshirt at I think 2PM and I needed the tackeltwill and embroidery done by 6PM. There were a few mistakes because it had to be a rush job. She used teal thread where I specified white because she said white wasn’t showing up against the grey sweatshirt. That was OK but I would’ve appreciated a notification instead of her just changing my design. She forgot an apostrophe S so the back said Joyce Lil Sis.
I went back to get it fixed after the ceremony and the presentation to my little sis. Bea said she couldn’t undo and redo the stitching. I don’t know why, I know Initial Contact can. So I had to buy another sweatshirt so she could start all over. When I went to pick it up, she tried to charge me $ 52.15 after a 10% discount. I asked if I could get a refund on the first sweatshirt ($ 21.12) since I paid for it but she couldn’t reuse it, but she was only willing to give me a $ 10 credit. $ 52.15 was way too much for a few tweaks so I argued. I had already paid $ 25 for the sweatshirt and if she took off the 10% discount and the $ 10 credit, it would altogether be more than $ 86.46 which is what I paid the first time. The problem turned out to be the Greek letters. She said she was going to reuse the ones from the original sweatshirt but she didn’t and charged me again. She has a bad memory I guess.
She thought that I was attacking her, I don’t know how she got the idea, and she started attacking me. «You think I reused the Greek letters?!! No, I made brand new ones.» Then she stormed to the back and pulled out the original sweatshirt to show me that the Greek letters were still on that one. She was very upset, I don’t know what I said, she asked me if I would like to take a step back and start over, as if I were a little kid. I apologized and she was suddenly nice again but I was pissed! I already paid her $ 86.46 but she’s double charging me to fix her mistakes. There were things I just didn’t like that weren’t mistakes, like the font so I understood if she charged me for that lettering even though it was $ 1.50 for picking out a new font.
It all worked out, she took off $ 22 for the second set of Greek letters so the cost went down to $ 30.15. I like how the sweatshirt looks now but I would not go back to Keeping Score. One sweatshirt was too much stress and it cost me $ 140 altogether. Bea’s bad at math too. I put down a $ 20 deposit when I placed the order the first time with her daughter Gabby. So I should have only had to pay $ 66.46 when I went to get it. But she charged me $ 86.46 and then I had to wait for a refund of $ 20 back onto my card. Today, she almost charged me an extra $ 2 because she thought 52 — 22 = 32.
