A Cajun-Poke and Eurosian fusion Restaurant opens from 10AM to 9PM. We offer both dine-in and take-out as well as catering for all special occasions. Our specialties are freshly-made Cajun and Poke Seafood menus and exquisite tasting Shrimp Scampi, Coq Au Vin and Steak in the evening when live acoustical music may be lightly serenading you during some evenings per special requests.
Our mission is to indulge & satisfy diners with great tasting Cajun Seafood & Steak while offering healthy vegetarian dishes that are selected for their vitamins and nutrients, i.e., Omega-3, Anti-oxidant and Cholesterol reduction properties that often found in fruits, vegetables, tofu, nuts and Alaskan Salmon, Sardine, Tuna, Trout and Mackerel especially those that are living in eco-friendly environment.
Each of our entrees is selected for its health benefits and prepared to offer great tasting qualities, i.e., to offset a hearty meal, we may recommend a healthy fruit drink containing much needed minerals and cholesterol reduction properties, like our signature mixed fruit Acai berry smoothie.

History
Established in 2015.
We are two Chefs with a combined forty years in the Restaurant business, one specializes in Cajun and Sushi and the other in French and Eurasian menus, and we were so impressed by the talent and tastes of each other’s food, that we formed AT Seafood Bistro! A full-service Restaurant specializing in Cajun, Poke and French cuisines.
Over the short 3 month period, we’ve developed many meaningful friendships with our repeated customers. We are blessed with the fact that our customers keep coming back to try the same food and new dishes which tell us that we’re doing something right. They asked us to continue offering the finger-licking good Cajun fresh seafood, the Poke bowl and the exquisite Steak, Coq Au Vin, Shrimp Scampi and Hotpots for dinner.
