Went here today to get some decals made for my drums. The cymbal company I endorse has decals, but I wanted some that were smaller. Joseph got it done in no time at all and was a pleasure to deal with. I wish more businesses had this kind of great customer service!

I happened to be in the area cause we were going to Disneyland for the day so I figured I could get some shirts made while we were there. The guy and girl working started working on the logo I emailed them before arriving to drop off the shirts. This was around 3pm. They said it would take 2 hours and would call me when they’re ready. Around 630−7ish we decided to head home so we swung by and pick up our shirts. Come to find out they were never made and the guy covering the shift wasn’t aware either. I think his name was jimmy. Anyway, he pulled through and made them within 45 mins and gave me a discount on them. Great job jimmy and great customer service. Keep it up.

This was a wonderful experience. I had images placed on a backpack. The images looked great, seem very durable, and my son was very happy with the results. THANK YOU to Joe for taking the time and making this happen. All of this was done in under an hour. Not bad for a quick lunch break visit.

I wanted to reprint my husbands race street from over ten years ago as a gift for my husband for our anniversary and I could not find anyone that could do it. Image that graphics was my last hope and they did an awesome job!!! The owner takes great pride in his work and recreated it perfectly and had it done in time for our anniversary. I highly recommend them and plan having him make more shirts in the future I can’t than him enough!!! Please feel free to show my husbands shirt and how awesome it came out!

My family and I went to this shop because we decided at the last minute to get some Tshirts made for the breast cancer AVON 39 walk. We visited about 7pm and by 8:15 we had all of our shirts printed. Joseph at Imagine That Graphics at the Outlets in Orange (the Block) was creatively helpful and understood what we were asking for. I wanted a boat sticker that honored my dad’s memory to go on the boat that my dad enjoyed very much. Joseph understood that and helped us create the perfect sticker and tribute to my dad. Came around 8:40ish. Few minutes till closing (sorry haha) Joseph was super awesome and friendly since the second I asked him for what I was looking for. Turned 9pm he was still working on my decal he never rushed nor kicked us out because he wanted to go home he even helped me place my decal ! And even though he called me Rachel a few times I’d come back here every time ! Lol

So very thankful for these wonderful people! Not only is it my third time using them because their quality is outstanding but I am extremely thankful today for Joseph, he read the urgency on my face (because of course I had procrastinated to the very last moment) and he had my gift ready in less than 15 minutes and it was perfect. I know there are a lot of places to choose from when you want graphics done but for me there is no competition. The quality, urgency and customer service I received was second to none and for that I will always return here and I am grateful! Thank you!

I stood there and waited. No big deal there were people there before me. No issues at all until the guy at the booth started helping people who came after me. They need to have a back up there since the guy has to do 1000 things at once. I’m going somewhere else and not going back even if the product is good.

Imagine That Graphics EXCEEDED my expectations by far. I walked up and Joseph was working on a project. He stopped what he was doing and paid 100% attention to my needs. He was able to create an image that I found online and customize it to my needs. I was making a logo for a cornhole game for my sisters wedding present. Joseph even brought up the different colors available for the design to give me an idea of how the final product would look. After leaving, I received a text within 20 minutes from Joseph saying the job was completed.
A few days after picking up the stickers, I received a follow up text from Joseph asking how the Cornhole turned out and if my sister liked them. Now that is customer service. Thank you Joseph for all your help. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I come across and will be returning for all the logos for my custom Cornhole games.

I use these guys a couple of times a year for my business window stickers. What I like about them is that I can give them simple directions, and I ask them to make the sign look good without precise instructions. I noticed my sales have increased just by putting up a couple of stickers so I will certainly use them again in the future.
