SADLY, NOLONGERANIHOP. Now it is under a new name, Sammy’s Stack House. It is under the same owner/management as it was previously. I haven’t tried it yet, so I gave it a neutral rating until I do. I understand they have much of the same menu items, except the signature dishes(trademark/copyrighted). JUSTWANTEDTOCLARIFY, ITISN’T ANIHOP!

I was appalled by the behavior of our waitress-Rocio. As we eagerly waited for our food we noticed that there was a very short waiting time. But, Rocio came back to collect the food that we had already started to prepare to our liking. She said that the eggs were prepared wrong and she would make new ones. But instead of making new ones, she handed us a plate of food that had already been cut into. What repulsed me most about despicable Rocio was that I noticed her giving the plate of food that we had already started to someone else. She suspiciously checked up on us with a smirk on her face that only told me that she didn’t care about her customers. The food was good– but Rocio was not. Her manager will hear from me. Next time you visit this IHOP, you’ll have to wonder: how many people had your food before you did?

We have been coming here for over 12 years. Always good service. Clean restaurant. We come for breakfast usually. The food is good. Very nice staff when I ask for something such as too warm in there or sun in my eyes. They fix it right away. Good coffee.

First and last time coming to this iHop. First, I had to get up and ask for the straws, and napkins. Second, I ask for creamer and they come 15 minutes later. Third, the ham they placed on my plate had a horrible smell and it was totally expired! I took a bite and tastes like crap. I let the waitress know and she even smelled it and made a «eeewwww» face. The«owner» comes to my table and all he sad was, «I’m sorry». Literally. He also offered to give me a discount on my check, but I can care less about the discount I care about my health. He sweared the ham was fresh and blah blah… After they brought me another slice of ham, which was super different. The smell, texture, and taste. As him being a owner, I was very disappointed in his actions. Now I’m having a stomach ache thanks to this place. His name is Sammy if you ever read this you know who I am. Now I won’t be able to eat ham for the next 50 years thanks !!! People, please don’t waste your time here.

Tbone steak and eggs everything was great but the eggs. I thought the steak tasted funny but thought maybe if I mix it all together it would be better. But then I stopped and left it it was too much grease and then I realized the meat was prolly spoiled, I left it it was so bad. My conclusion was right and I proceeded to get severely sick through the night. I was stuck to the toilet not only with diarrhea but throwing up at least once. I work tomorrow morning and I hope this does not continue. The service was good besides the rotten meat. Ugh.

We waited 30+ minutes for a table that they said would take 10 minutes. Then we asked for extra napkins 3 times. Still no napkins and she barely checked up on us at all and we had to initiate the split check 15 minutes after we asked for it. Never coming back

This place is absolutely disgusting. It feels dirty in here. Came in and was sat in the corner. There was a weird smell. 10 minutes into sitting down I figured out the smell it was some kind of ant or roach spray. The food sucked toast was basically just bread with some butter. My fruit cup had old fruit. Stay away from this location!

I called in an order for over $ 45.00. Went in to pickup. Waited 15 additional minutes. Left a $ 7 tip on my payment. When I got home, missing hash browns on one order and eggs on another. A sever named Carmen took the order and also wanted me to pay extra for a hash brown substitute. But then said don’t worry about the upcharge(like she was doing me a favor). If food service is their business, you would think they would be able to get one of their signature dishes right without missing one of the main items(eggs) of the order. I called to let them know, and she proceeded to just read back my order. No apology. Unhappy customer. Will never return again.

We have been coming here for years. It may seem small compared to others but the service is amazing. I try to eat healthy so I usually order the fit Faire omelet. It always is fresh, tasty, and filling. The price is great for the amount of food you receive. My son had tried their pancakes, French toast, crepes, and more and has never been disappointed. The staff is consistent and has been there for years so the company must treat them well. After thinking about them while writing this, I think I will get dressed and head over there now :)

It was my first time going to IHOP, and I was expecting some bad service. My friend and I came here thirty minutes to closing time, but the waitress treated us just as nicely. She was attentive and friendly throughout our late night meal. But I really did love what I ordered of which I’ve forgotten. Delicious nonetheless.

The food was good we really enjoyed it! The parking was horrible! Besides that we enjoyed ourselves there with it being so crowded! Our food came fast! It great for kids I love to take our family! The waiter was very friendly. He also checked on us. He was a great waiter I didn’t get his name sorry! Only I gave it 4 stars I didn’t like the parking. I hope make better parking!

Instant nostalgic when you walk in. For those of us who grew up with iHop in the 80’s you’ll remember the steepled roof top. One of the things I appreciate iHop for is their creative marketing campaign to introduce limited time seasonal sweet features such as red velvet pancakes to their brioche French toast and now the Criss-Croissant. The Criss-croissant is cooked in a waffle iron and could be their answer to a Cronut. So yummy.

this is my go to place for breakfast. the food is always delicious and the service is always outstanding. owner Sammy is one of the most genuine nice guys and always makes my boyfriend and I feel comfortable. Espie is our favorite server when we go here. Even the busboys are great at this location. I usually get the french toast breakfast I like to think its the best in town.

After way too many bad experiences with Ihop in general, we thought let’s just try. The waitress tonight Elisa is so nice and very attentive. Great service. The food was prepared perfectly. I always order my hash browns extra crispy, and generally they come out burnt, NOTTHISTIME! They were perfect! If you’re a caramel lover like I am I highly recommend the Dulce de Leche Bön Bön pancakes! They are so good! Overall a great experience and we will come back to this location in the future.

This is the first time I’ve been to this location. It has that old school original house of pancake feel. The food came out pretty quick too. I had the avocado bacon and cheddar omelette. They were generous with avocado, bacon, and cheese! Score! The buttermilk pancakes were so fluffy and soft! Best pancakes I’ve had in a while from any IHOP location. The service was really great! Great hostess and great server! I’d come here again if I was in the area.

This place is like a breakfast diner with more than just breakfast, but specializes in breakfast foods. One I am not really a breakfast fan and two I find that their other foods are lacking. I find the food not really amazing here, but still not too bad. I go here because my parents like the food, otherwise I wouldn’t be going. The way the seats are, it looks like there can be quite a few people who could be seated at one time which is a plus if there is quite a few people who want to eat there. Sadly I find the place a little crowded even without all those people who could be sitting there. The people who work there are pretty friendly. There are very happy to help you or get you anything you might need while you’re there. I find the service top notch. The reason that I give them a low rating is 1 the«other» food that is lacking 2 I feel a little crowded even if it isn’t really crowded and 3 there are times that the bathroom is lacking cleanliness. I try to make sure that I don’t have to go to the bathroom while I am there. Otherwise the place isn’t bad.

This IHOP Is the old style classic building. Must have been her at least 45 – 50 years. It looks like they recently completely refurbished it. Extremely clean. This morning we had great service and food for an early breakfast. Very pleased.

First and LAST visit to this location. Walked in and they attempted to seat us by the bathroom and I politely declined and walked back to the front to wait for another table on the other side. After 3 tables paid for their meals and left we were still waiting. Two women and a child walked in and the young hostess who had us waiting(as she did nothing) proceeded to seat them before us. ABSOLUTELYNOT. We walked out and went to Denny’s.

I’ve been to Ihop a couple times… came here during my birthday month because if you sign up on their website they will give you a free rooty tooty fresh n fruity($ 8) to use around your birthday. I asked the server if I could get something else and just pay the difference and she said okay so that’s pretty good too! The place was pretty crowded for a Friday morning around 10:30, but after 11 there was about 3 other tables besides ours. What we got: Country Fried Steak & Eggs($ 10): it also comes with 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and hash browns. I usually do like country fried steak, but this place… I guess I didn’t enjoy it as much. It was too crunchy. Eggs were eggs. Pancakes kept breaking on me. Syrups are whatever. Hash browns were too crunchy was well. Hash Brown Crusted Chicken & Biscuit($ 7): much better than my plate and it also came with 2 eggs. The chicken had an interesting, but good taste to it. It was too dry or hard crunchy like the country fried steak. Service: It was kind of slow, but the lady that served us was very nice. But I mean there’s nothing special about this place and it was just a-ok.
