If I could give 5 starts to Nando I would. If you need something fixed, make sure he is who you deal with.
I had a horrible experience with another tech and his poor customer service but since I had already paid, I went back the next day. Thankfully Nando was there and fixed my phone right in front of me in no time at all. He really made up for my bad experience and I’m very grateful at least one of them knows how to be professional and appreciate their paying customers.
If you plan on going here, make sure it’s Nando or you may regret it!

Don’t go here. This guy just jacked up my husbands phone so badly. There has been a hairline crack across the screen for about a year. Nothing else wrong with it so it wasn’t something that needed to be fixed right away. It’s had a case on it and was otherwise in perfect condition. We are only trying to repair it now so we can trade it in for a new phone at AT&T. We left it with the guy who said he could do it. When we got back 45 minutes later the crack was still there but the glass was lifting and the back was bent & had fresh scratches. It looked horrible. He said he couldn’t get the glass off without damaging the lcd beneath it. He wanted us to pay $ 40 more to repair the lcd too that had nothing wrong with it. We pointed out the damage and he said it was already like that! It was so obvious, if it had been like that already then he would have noticed when we dropped it off, and he would have told us the whole lcd needed to be replaced. I was so mad but he was still trying to deny he did it and continued trying to sell us on a more expensive repair. Funny that even after the damage he did, a more experienced repair person from another shop was able to take the glass off no problem. He said whoever tried to take it apart before was a hack and probably not certified. From now on I’ll only go to him, his name is Peter he is in garden grove. His shop is called iPhone service & repair.

In today’s high tech world a lot can go wrong. My thing is… If the repair isn’t to the customers satisfaction, how willing is the business to make the customer happy? I wasn’t really told that the iPhone screen replacement, doesn’t make your phone «good as new», it’s kind of a «fix» to keep you from having to buy a new phone. There is a difference! Bottom line is, I wasn’t happy.
First of all it took a little longer than 30 minutes… Because after replacing the glass on my IPhone, the touch screen wasn’t working right. So, they replaced it a second time, while I waited. They gave me $ 20 to try and make it right. Which I thought was more than generous. I left the mall, and my touch screen still wasn’t working «good as new». I kind of noticed it later. I came back in… They went above and beyond… And fixed it again. In the name of Customer Service! NOW THAT’S WHAT I AM TALKIN’ ABOUT! I’d go here again, just because they care about making the customer happy! I’m happy.
I don’t know what the other Unilocalers are talking about. No rudeness… Totally nice and took good care of me! Thanks guys!

Fernando is manager and the one who fixed my screen today, he told me the price which is affordable and cheaper then other fix it places then he told me the process and what he was going to do and how long it was going to take about 20 minutes or maybe a little bit longer. He was very helpful and gave me great customer service. He fixed my phone and made it look brand new and did it under 20 minutes. If you need your screen fixed I recommend you go to idoctor and ask for Fernando. Thank you I appreciate it!!!

Although I do appreciate them fixing my phone their customer service is terrible the manager was rude and was hardly even there I had to come back 4 different times because the part didn’t come in after they said it would be in that day. On the day I finally got it fixed a person in front of me said he wouldn’t recommend the place. It was fixed in 10 minuets but it should of been fixed 2 trips ago. The other guy that was working there was very little helpful he just took my money, watched youtube videos and told me sorry it’s not in yet.

Idoctor at the Village of Orange is the place to go for broken phones. Fernando C. hooks it up with price! I’ve been there twice and he promises the best quality!!!

The manager and employees are so rude and unprofessional!!! I went to drop off my phone came back two hrs like they told me and they did not fix my phone because the LCD was messed up. I understood that so I agreed to pay for a new one which the manager quoted me 120 for but clearly has something up their behind! I was told 2 hrs to come back, i gave them an extra half hr, and i came back and still my phone was not done. The employee told me he thought his manager was going to do it but he left. He then said if you want I can do it and you can come back. I was extremely over it at i told him I did not want to come back and took my phone. I have never been so unsatisfied with any business until today. I don’t ever write reviews but man i had to. Save your money! Their products are very low quality anyway!

We ran into several issues on my phone and we worked out a solution to get it fix. Thank you very much.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The owners are extremely rude and the products they use /​sell are worse than Walmart quality. My girlfriend’s iPhone screen cracked so she took it here. She paid the $ 70 and they told her the phone will be fixed in a 3 days. 3 days later, she comes back and the overweight guy with the glasses said «we don’t have the part, come back in 2 days». So guess what, 2 days later, she goes back and again, they said the part hasn’t come in. So 2 weeks after she drops her phone off, they finally get her part in but even when they called to tell us it was done, we still had to wait another 30 – 40 minutes for them to install it.
4 days after my girlfriend gets get phone fixed, she noticed hairline cracks near the earpiece. The next day, she noticed the entire screen is cracked. She did NOT drop her phone. So this says one of two things, either the parts they replace are pieces of shit or they installed it incorrectly.
Me and my girlfriend went back yesterday and told them the story. Firstly, the overweight guy with the glasses gave us this «annoyed» look. He then blurts out «now what»? I am a business owner myself, and obviously this guy has no idea how to run a business nor does he know what good customer service is. My girlfriend explains the story to the owners and this was there response; «we can fix it, but we will have to charge labor which is $ 40».
Labor? You mean sitting on your butt and unscrewing a cracked screen that cracked because your products low quality? So i told them «it cracked for no reason and your charging labor»? He then goes «okay, i will settle for $ 20». I’m guessing your pulling these random figures out of your ass and just want money? So i told my girlfriend to just go somewhere else. The owner just throws the phone on the table and said «alrighty, later». No apologizes from the owner, no nothing…
EXTREMELY RUDE, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELLS LOW QUALITY PARTS. But then again, what do you expect coming from the Orange Mall. Nothing but lower class citizens. Take your money elsewhere, and take your business to a place that actually cares about the customer and sell high quality products!!!

My iPhone screen was cracked and while I was willing to wait for my upgrade I gave up and found myself standing in front of the kiosk of the Idoctor.
The guy who helped me was patient, answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind knowing he would do the job and not loose all my data. I watched for the first 10 minutes, wow it’s complicated. I feel like you need a degree in iPhone screen repairs, it’s so invasive.
The great part, he was done well before the time he quoted and my phone has been working great since. Well, not to mention I can actually see my phone now — that’s the best news.
I highly recommend them!

I recently had the misfortune of breaking my brand new iPhone 5 screen, actually I completely shattered it. It was awful and I djdnt know how I would be able to afford a new one and I had heard repairing it was so expensive. I was wrong!
I went to the idoctor located at the orange mall, they are in the center of the mall in a kiosk type of store. I gentleman named Juan helped me and he was completely professional and honest with me on the damage on my phone, he gave me a great deal and suggested I get the whole screen and LCD replaced to avoid future problems with my phone and the screen sensitivity. I thought it was pretty cool that he didn’t try to make a sell right away and gave me other options. I decided to go with his plan, he called and ordered the parts he needed and 3 days later I got a call and my phone was fixed! It looks perfect and you’d never it was broken. Once I brought it, it was fixed in about 15 minutes. I was told that if I bring ang I her friends or I come back as a returning guest I would get a discount. Which is great!
I would recommend the idoctor to anyone, the service was great, honest, and fast!
