First time using Hi Line. Fantastic experience! Great prices, quick, and efficient, all at about half the dealership price on a service B and they left my car as clean as when I brought it in. Even cleaner with a complementary engine steam cleaning. Will be using them from now on!

Brought my Mercedes S550 to this place for brakes & rotors, Matt was really helpful and they got the job done same day. These guys are professionals and they run a clean shop.

I bought my first Mercedes E350 in ’08. I was hesitant as I know dealer maintenance can be expensive. My fears held true as I never left the dealer with spending at least $ 500 for routine maintenance. I have been driving past the Hi Line shop for years and notice how clean it was and they always had many cars being worked on. I figured they were going to be pricey but they shouldn’t be more than the dealer so I took a chance. I was happy to find out they were very reasonable… and quick. I believe I average a savings of 40% versus a dealer… now I know why you get a so called free wash and loaner car! I have since added a ’98 slk and recently a rare ’07 CLK 63 AMG convertible to my stable. I would have never considered an AMG had I not found Matt and his crew at Hi Line! I believe that 2 of their mechanics our Mercedes Master Techs. THESE GUYS KNOW THIER CRAFT!!! They are quick to diagnose and repair which may be why the final bill is less. We have spread the word to all our friends and family and ALL of them now service their Mercedes at Hi Line. Talk to Matt and tell them Sterling sent you!!!

Justin and Matt took good care of the E55 I brought them. Ted at Transmeister (also 5 star) recommended them to me and I’m glad I tried them out. I will use them again (but hopefully not for a while).

I bought a 1981 MBZ Turbodiesel 300SD from Hi-​Line and drove it for years. Matt and his crew serviced it, put a newer engine in it after a few years, and had their colleagues at Tustin Transmission rebuild the tranny. When I sold the car years later the buyer came a long way and paid top dollar for it.
Coming here, we felt like part of the family. They always remembered my name, answered the phone, charged fair rates and were very transparent. My parents brought three Mercedes sedans here over the years, two 90s s-​class sedans with high mileage gas engines, and a 1998 e-​class turbo diesel. Before I converted to BMW, I had cars serviced here from 1997 to 2005.
Reception is very hospitable. Shop is super clean.
They also worked on my ’65 Mustang in a pinch!

Husband and I have been using this place for MANY years for both of our cars. In fact, my husband was one of their first customers when they originally opened. Excellent service, wonderful prices and very fast work! It is always best to call for maintenance appointment, but these guys do all they can in those awful car emergencies we all experience. So glad they are close to our home. Only negative is their hours are M-​F, 8 – 5 only. Saturday’s at the very least would be so helpful.

I bought a used Mercedes and brought it to them for a check up. Their honesty and integrity was noticed and impressed me. They went thru the car, test drove it and gave me up front advice on maintenance with no charge. They treat people like people and not dollar signs. They earned a customer for life with me!

Honesty and integrity are the core of this business. I am highly impressed. Do not go to a dealership for service. I paid $ 2,500 on my last visit and decided to give this place a try. I will not go anyplace else. The prices are reasonable and the service exceptional.

Took in my 350 E Wagon due to engine check light on. I thought ok here we go, since it could be many different issues. I took another Mercedes into a dealer for the same engine check light and $ 1500 later it was fixed. Well Matt called me soon after I dropped it off and $ 200 later it was fixed !!! Excellent service and honest service, will be going there from now on. What we are all looking for. Thank you Matt !!

My E430 is just about as old as my creaking bones-​if it weren’t for Hi Line, my car wouldn’t be running better than me…

I always I had great service experience at this place… i recommend this place for those who are looking for a Mercedes Benz specialist.

It’s been a couple years since I brought my 1999 mercedes c230 here when I was having lock issues and alarm problems. My alarm would not respond to any locking, therefore every time I would open my car door or drive for more than 2 minutes or so, my alarm would go off! You can imagine how irritating and stressful it was. I was kind of broke at the time and decided to call Hi-​Line instead of going to a bigger shop or mercedes dealership.
I got there and someone helped me right away, he said that it would take longer to fix the locking mechanism, but he would at least turn off the alarm so it wouldn’t go off while i was driving and such. He turned off the alarm which was a blessing because It was hard to drive to work and do things with the darn alarm going off.
He didnt charge me one cent. & I cant thank him enough because I was going through hard times. I could only imagine what a mercedes dealership would have charged me.
I’m writing this because I recently got a new mercedes and started having trouble with it and it reminded me of how good of service I got from Hi-​Line.
I’ve been meaning to give them more of my business but AAA would only let me tow up to 10 miles :|

I stumbled upon this repair shop 4 years ago with a simple problem. I did not know what it was and come to find out just a simple spark plug wire. They could have told me it was a bigger problem and charged me more nope. I have come here for the past few years and they have always fixed the problem no BS no lets change everything and see and always on time or earlier then expected. I just read that bad review and the guy is so far off the mark about this place. I use a different name so they do not know its me because I think reviews should be honest and I do not want anything. This place is honest and fair and they do not screw you around.

I owned a high end European used car dealership in the past and most of my cars where mostly German, majority of them where Benz

when you take a car to a shop you want them to pinpoint the problem not to guess, well if you want as shop that does that for you high line is the place I have known them for over 15 years and at least a dozen of different cars taken to them .all came back with problem solved not once I had to take the car back for the same problem.

When you are on the schedule everything is always done in a very timely manor. They get the parts and get the work done by five. I have never had problems with their repairs and I have been taking various cars to them for over 10 years.

Never thought I would say this about a auto repair business but they are HONEST!!!
We have been taking all of our Mercedes here after a friend of ours (who is the General Manager of a Lexus dealer, referred us). Recently my husband’s 2002 S500 was making funny noises when he was braking. When we took it in, they said it just needed some oil and it was fine! Didn’t charge a cent! These guys are so knowledgable about Mercedes and I recommend them to anyone who needs service.
