Brian saved our Christmas! He found a dead rat in our basement we NEVER would have found without help. The terrible smell was coming up into our livingroom. He set more traps and was very thorough! Thank you Brian!

We had rats in our attic. Found Herstine’s Pest Solutions on Unilocal and wanted to work with a local company so I gave them a call. Brian and his wife came out to my house to meet with me on my first available date (a Thursday). Brian set traps, sealed up entry points into the house, walked me through the process and patiently explained all of the details including to give him a call if we heard traps go off or started to notice an odor so that he could clear the traps. On Saturday afternoon around 5 pm I returned home to a smell in the house. I called Brian, left a message and he returned my call within 10 minutes and asked if he could stop by in about 30 minutes. On a Saturday! I was impressed as I thought that we were going to be stuck with a smell in the house through the weekend. Talk about service! I’m impressed and will recommend Herstine’s Pest Solutions to anyone in need of services.

As good as it gets. Brian and his wife own the company and do all the work themselves. We had rats in the attic. Brian is so knowledgeable and loves his job. He rid our attic of the critters and his follow up is excellent. Great guy great service he provides knowledge and results, talk is cheap ! When your dealing with a roach infestation you want results not excuses like my previous pest company I Fired!!! Great husband and wife team. They don’t over charge you and have honest and great service. Would recommend to our friends and neighbors. Turns out we did not have rats in the attic anymore, but they are going to clean the old droppings and dust the attic. Sealed up any openings rats could get in from. In case I didn’t mention this before, fair and reasonable pricing.

Brian has definitely earned my business for good. He not only is very polite, he arrived on time and was very thorough. He is very knowledgeable about multiple ways to attack the problem, so he SOLVED my problem. HIGHLY Recommend Brian Herstine, you won’t regret it! It’s rare to find somebody these days who is truly in the business of customer service, not just making money. I really can’t say enough about how great of an experience we had with Brian regarding an ant problem. He was so knowledgeable of pests in general and the specific chemicals he uses to remove them, and he took the time to explain these things to us so we could learn also. The price was $ 100 to bait for ants, which was a great price after making a few calls elsewhere, and the service was top notch! If you are having a pest problem he is the guy to call!

Unbelievable service! Fixed problem, super knowledgable, friendly, affordable… what a relief to have such a great team help us with rodent in attic and fly problem in house due to dead rodent (so gross i know!). I was in a panic. Husband works out of town and I needed help. So glad my friend referred me to Herstine’s! They were great the whole experience from call I made to the call I received as follow up to make sure all was good and I didn’t miss warranty window in case problem wasn’t resolved.
