My wife and I met with Andy Gale for over an hour to discuss business and estate planning issues. We were immediately comfortable — Andy is a personable guy with great communications skills. He listens to what you want, and gives you options on what you need to do. The nice thing is that he is truly there to help you succeed, his friendly, collaborative attitude was much appreciated.
I’ve had other experiences with attorneys — most recently for my Mom’s trust. That guy didn’t listen — telling us what to do — his attitude was he’s Mr. Expert on everything — under charging up front, over charging later for necessary services to make up for it. To top it off he made mistakes — had to return and re-​do some documents. My brother and I have choice names for him!
What a difference with Andy — he clearly laid out what could be done — he even drew it all out in diagram form so we had a visual regarding how everything would work. In fact, he let us take his notes home for our reference. His knowledge inspires confidence. I’ve done some research online — he knew the situations inside/​out and came up with solutions that were beyond what you could get from an online legal form service. Solutions that will protect our assets in a much more effective manner!
Andy provided a clear estimate of all charges — setting things up and his current prices for changes/​updates. No pressure/​sales pitch or any of that nonsense to worry about/​try to avoid!
There was follow up by Andy regarding a referral for other services we were interested in, he sent both the service and us an email promptly so we could get the info right away. His quick follow up inspires confidence regarding good communication & attentive service for clients.
His services are reasonably priced. You could use one of those online legal form services or find a cheaper advertised price. I’d question the value of skimping in this area, what you don’t know could hurt you! In my experience/​research it’s not worth it in the long run. Smart financial/​money management is not all about how much you save — it’s about spending money intelligently. His expertise and experience was very educational and valuable — much different from what I thought I was going to do with an online service.
How much did I pay for this knowledge — Zero dollars. Andy spent as much time as we needed, answering all our questions — he had no problem with us saying we’d be getting back to him after discussing what he presented. Also no annoying sales calls or email afterwards. Only the email we requested and one hoping I’d write a review on Unilocal.I’ve read that he takes the same time and care when consulting on the phone. You have nothing to lose by checking them out.
I know I’ll be using their services when I get my mom’s affairs settled. No question of the plan we are going follow, and the peace of mind that brings. Right now we’ve validated our design, working on our patent and getting ready for market. But I humbly admit I didn’t know much about incorporation. I did my research online and was torn between an S-​Corp and LLC.
I met Andy through the eVillage program at Chapman, where he has been helping startups. I cannot say how incredible it was that we got connected. I’ve had two calls with him, both that went 45 minutes, where he walked me through the entire process, gave a quote (and sent it in writing), and answered all the questions I had. Never did I feel like he was rushed, and he took great care to make sure that I felt confident in knowing my options. I didn’t feel like my lack of knowledge hurt me, as he is a great ally to have.
I strongly recommend talking with him, and am excited to see how our relationship grows.

I had an urgent business legal matter and I swear I spent about 2 hours calling and looking for an attorney. All I got were a bunch of «he’s not in right now, can i take a message and call he’ll call you back?» GLORY, i almost gave up and tried this firm as my last. Behold, they did give me the «ill call you back», but within 10 minutes i had a lawyer on the phone. He spent a decent amount of time via phone and he basically gave me instructions on how to buy time to make my urgent matter less. This will be my lawyer for my corporate business as well as any other thing he offers. People usually don’t get 5 stars too easy, but def. a 5+ here. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I know we all have something against lawyers but it’s always good to have them on your side when you need them. Anyhow, my lil sister always get into social conflicts at her school and this time, she got bullied by somewhat a «gangster» girl, and i had the need to do something about it. I contacted a few law offices to see what i could do about this high school harassment issue. Well, i found a few that i felt confident that they can help. One stood out though… i talked to this one law firm and got advice without having to pay them, which was rare because most of the ones i spoke with over the phone wanted me to come in to discuss the matter, which probably means that i’m going to have to pay just for the consultation time. Well… after my lil sis got picked on furthermore for a week, i decided to call this one law firm in Orange, CA. I told them that i had spoken with him about a week ago and he replied «yeah, i remember you and your situation». I had a few questions to ask him so i did ask «Can i ask you 3 questions??» …he replied «what’s your 2^nd question??»… OMG, what quick thinking this guy was! At the end, he told me all that i needed to know without charge! Thank you Thank you Thank you! The issue was resolved and my sis is now clear of any bullying!
