Established in 2005.

First Initial Clean was established in 2005, but our owners have many years of cleaning service experience. Here is a brief description of the owners.

Chad Harmon Owner — with 8 years of experience in cleaning services, Chad is looking to expand First Initial Clean and build strong business relationships and provide excellent service to every single customer. With a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach, Chad is knowledgeable in both managing each service and making sure everything is complete in an efficient and excellent manner.

Lisa Harmon Owner — with 23 years of experience in cleaning services, Lisa has built a solid reputation among many companies through hard work and dedication. Now with her son Chad, they are looking to build more solid business relationships with the philosophy of treating their customers as family and always making sure the customer comes first and is fully satisfied.
