FIRM1040® LLC was established in 2011, prior to that the company was called EZ Tax Consulting established in 2009. The company provides a variety of tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting and consulting solutions to individuals and small businesses. Cherie Williams, founder of FIRM1040® LLC has been an Accountant since 2003. In 2009, she started EZ Tax Consulting, which provided tax solutions to individuals. Expanding on her Business acumen, she changed the name and structure of EZ Tax Consulting to FIRM1040® LLC, to better reflect the various services currently offered. Cherie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Master of Business Administration. Due to her exceptional service, 90% of the clients generated are through referral with a retention rate of 99%. What makes her stand out is her meticulous, outstanding analytics and creativity.
