I went to Faucets N Fixtures to look for cabinet hardware and they have the best selection! I had so many choices at great prices. Excellent customer service as well.

I was looking for a kitchen sink and some other fixtures for my newly remodeled kitchen and this place is a must! The employees here are super helpful and really know what they’re talking about. I would definitely recommend this place! 5 Stars!!!

What distinguishes Faucets and Fixtures from the others? Their knowledgable staff, which is a far cut above. They are professional, they have an incredible knowledge of product lines, and their pricing is competitive. They provided all the fixtures and plumbing products for our whole house remodel, which was not without it’s complications. It is refreshing to find such competent assistance. Proceed with confidence — these folks are the pros of their industry.

These guys are GREAT! I have had a horrible time my Grohe faucet head, that I didn’t even purchase from them and I have come to them THREE TIMES for help with it and they have helped me every time! The last time they just GAVE me a tool to help myself! THAT is Customer SERVICE! I look forward to actually DOING business with them as they have gorgeous products!

Extensive selection of quality products and the service staff are very helpful. We did have an issue with the shower head that was the wrong type, rain shower head instead of a head that comes out of the wall. They didn’t give us a refund for it even though they were the ones that recommended it but they did give us the new one at cost. I’m giving them 4 instead of 5 because I wasn’t thrilled about that. Otherwise they have been good to work with.

I bought quite a few items and received some good advice for products. The price was competitive for a high end product. My issue is with the unprofessional of a lady co-​owner of the store. I had problems figuring out how to use the door lock and wasn’t sure we received the right item. I called on the phone for advice and talked to a salesman who was not good at explaining how to lock the door (the doors are different than the typical Kwik set or Schlage). Instead of letting me talk to another sales person like I asked, he became frustrated and stated he would just re-​order them. I also needed a different kind of lock for different doors. The co-​owner called me on the phone very accusatory that I was the one who messed up on the order for the door locks and that it wasn’t her salesperson who said to re-​order the locks. I was really offended by her tone and her unprofessionalism. I was made to feel like a bad child who was trying to lie to her mother. I would not buy at this store again because if you have a problem you want someone to kindly work with you not accuse you of deception. I was really quite shocked that someone could get so upset over something so silly and her willingness to lose me (and others who read this review) as a customer.

Purchased lav and kitchen faucets and sinks here. Wally was extremely knowledgeable fair and helpful, and when the mfr failed to include all the parts to the faucet sets I got help, not attitude. Everyone is nice, the sales folks, the warehouse guys, and I enjoyed doing business with them. Nice shop with informative displays so you can touch and see before you buy. I’m a happy camper and wonder if some of the complainers were actually at this store.

A nice place with a lot of high end kitchen and bath products. They have several vignettes in the front showroom and several more bathroom displays in the back showroom. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never found any of them to be arrogant or rude as others apparently have but you reap what you sow. If you are looking for the unusual, as I often seem to be, they are patient and resourceful. Rows and rows of faucets and cabinet hardware on display. Their prices are in line with competitors. They also have access to anything you don’t see but would like to order. And if you’re looking for Made in the USA, they are happy to help you source that too.

Hard to believe the negative reviews on here. I went to Faucets & Fixtures to purchase new sinks and faucets for both bathrooms in my house. The salesperson was super helpful in guiding me through all of the options. The product came in when they said it would with no problems. The times I was in the store it was quite busy and everyone was being help and it seemed like the service was great all around. I would highly recommend this store, they are easy to work with and the selection is fantastic.

Great experience here! Everyone in the showroom is very knowledgable. They answered all my questions about a future bathroom remodel, and gave me much more information than I could have found out on my own. If you’re looking for quality products, not just your run-​of-​the-​mill sheet metal plastic Home Depot stuff, then pay Faucets N Fixtures a visit.

My wife and I walked into FnF and were starting from scratch. Joel was very helpful and mindful of our budget. He made suggestions that were extremely useful and also allowed us to avoid making some mistakes that would have caused delays and been costly. Once everything was ordered, the items arrived within the time frame we were given and some things came even sooner. Everything in the store is high quality, but we really like the products and service we got there. I would recommend at least checking it out before buying lower quality products at Home Depot, especially when you are replacing fixtures that your family uses daily in your home.

I’m so surprised, by some of the reviews!!! I’m a interior designer, and have worked with Joel on two of my projects. Joel worked with me and my clients from beginning to end of each project, we received excellent service from everyone in his store. I look forward to working with faucets N fixtures again. Just a terrible experience at a high-​end store — I hope it is uncommon. The store has beautiful high-​end fixtures, but everything we ordered took at least a week longer than promised, and for several of the items, they ordered the wrong parts. They were apologetic, but I it took three weeks for the correct parts to come in, and I had to call repeatedly to get information and time lines. In fairness, my contractor scratched one item that I needed to have replaced — ironically, that was the first item to come in. In any case, when you spend this much money on fixtures, you expect better service.

Visited Fauctes N’ Fixtures via word-​of-​mouth recommendation. Was impressed with their showroom — we’re remodeling two bathrooms, so it was nice to see so many different styles on the floor, to be able to lay hands on the merchandise, rather than just looking at catalogues. I was assisted by a gentleman named Keith who seemed to know his stuff and was very patient with my wanderings, indecision, and special requirements for a smaller-​than-​average bath. He was patient and professional throughout the process, from start through purchase.

I bought some bathroom fixtures about a month ago, one of the items was backordered. I got fed up with waiting and bought all of the fixtures on
. Not only did I get it in 2 days, I got it for half the price.
I went to refund my 50% deposit, and of course the items are going to arrive today. I got some of my money back but had to pay the 25% «restocking fee.»
This place sucks… just get your stuff online.

I had a frustrating experience with Faucets and Fixtures. The owner Joel was very helpful during the «sales» phase of things. However, as soon as my sale was secured, I was cast off to an employee whose personality best matches that of Eeyore. From that moment on, the owner did not return my emails, calls or look up when I was in the store. Very strange behavior. The employee I dealt with didn’t get back to me when promised and on several occasions wasn’t aware of what was ordered. Not a good experience at all.

Not helpful. Very arrogant. When I told them my plumber said I was missing 2 pieces they told me I should have checked the parts before I left, I would know because I was installing the equipment, NOT! Tread lightly here, they talk as if they know more than they do, just to get your money. Second time something like this has happened to me at this store. Shame on me for going back.
