My experience has been pleasant from the moment I requested a quote. I got a message back what seemed like right away and Heather was very kind and professional. Marco came and cleaned our carpet and sofa and did a fantastic job. He was also very kind and professional so it seems to be a common theme! I would absolutely recommend going to them if you want the job done right.

I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule so it was hard for me to make an appointment and sit around to get the carpets cleaned.
I was able to call at 3:30pm and Marco was able to show up within an hour. He did a quick measurement and gave a quote on the spot. 3 hours later, all traces of a dirty roommate was gone. Carpets and sofas looked like new.

Extremely Clean Carpet is very customer oriented. They make all efforts to accommodate our schedule. Once the appointment is set, a confirmation text message arrives within one minute. On the day of service, Extremely Clean Carpet sends another text message when the cleaning crew is on the way. The door bell rang at the time of the appointment punctually.
The owner Marco provided the quote based on measurement with professional gauge. Upon agreement, they started the cleaning efficiently. With their professional treatment and steam cleaning, all black spots from the past 10 years were turned into history!
The carpet looked like new, and there was barely any smell of cleaning detergent. Marco considerately provided a few disposable booties for us to walk around the house while the carpet is drying.

I found them on Unilocal and booked carpet steam cleaning. Heather was very responsive to my needs. I had to ask them to shift my appointment a little bit later on the day of my appointment. Extremely Clean Carpet did a great job cleaning my carpet. I have very light carpet and Marco was able to get some stubborn stains out. The cleaner he uses has a nice lemon scent to it. The carpet wasn’t soaked when he finished, just damp. I’m happy my carpet is clean again!

Marco and Philipe are very professional, efficient and helpful.
They inspected the house thoroughly and provided us a fair price quote. During cleaning, they helped us moving furnitures around so not only they could clean the open spaces but also they could remove the stain under the beds and couches.

Prepared with furniture sliders and corner protection on all walls. And best of all how fluffy and soft the carpet is.

I was referred to Marco by a friend. She said he did an excellent job at her place and highly recommended him. I even did my own Unilocal research and found that he has nothing but 5 star reviews. That says a lot!
I setup an appointment for him to come by and give me an estimate. I wanted to do the main living area and my entry stairs. My main concern was a terrible grease stain the size of a pancake that I had my living room. (I had the carpets cleaned once before, but they stain came back with a vengeance.) It was black and ugly.
Marco did a thorough walk-​through and gave me my options. I decide to go ahead and have the carpets cleaned. He did a great job! The stain is gone and my living room and stairs look great!
