We all know that the Airforce is known for their admin abilities & Guy did not disappoint! He gave us a great deal on top of the Memorial Day sale & showed us several other pieces from the designers we showed interest in without making us feel pressured to buy. Will definitely be back!

We were looking for new mattress and bed frame. Searched all the usuals (Crate and Barrel, Macy’s, Restoration Harware, Pottery Barn, and Sears). Didn’t really see anything we liked. We felt so defeated, but my husband wanted to check out one more store he saw from CBS2’s article titled «Best Furniture Stores in Orange County.» We cames to Design Center and met a guy named Guy. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and delightful! Fell in love with their selection, we ended up getting a whole bedroom set with matress! We had such a great experience with Design Center and Guy. We highly recommend this place and be sure to ask for Guy.

We walked into the showroom and immediately saw a dining set that we had been trying to find for weeks. The salesperson, Guy, immediately greeted us and was very enthusiastic, but not pushy, to make a deal. He was very helpful and we bought the dining room set, and now are also considering a bedroom set and adjustable bed/​mattress. Design Center has good quality and selection, great service, and great prices. We highly recommend them, and Guy in particular.

We previously purchased a sectional from them and decided to come back after a couple years to look for a new bedroom set for my daughter. Guy was extremely helpful and great with my young daughter. He made her feel part of the process and sent us home with tear sheets so we could measure. Upon returning I had actually found the same set listed online for a lower price. We went in tonight, showed Guy the lower price and he price matched by honoring the lower price. You definitely her personal, friendly service in this store and I highly recommend. If you don’t see what you are looking for they have tons of catalogs to browse and will assist in finding the perfect piece.

Walked into the design center this morning looking for office furniture for my home office. A gentleman by the name of guy assisted me and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I found the perfect office set and was out of there in about 30 min. I can’t wait for it to be delivered. Great place to visit if you need furniture.

Just be careful if you use their finance company Brandsourse. Make sure you pay off the balance in a year or Brandsourse will charge you a ridiculous high interest rate of your original full purchase on the card, not what your balance is. Their late fee is around $ 42.00

Since my review, the Manager did call me back. He was sincerely apologetic over the situation and took my order into his own hands. It’s unclear where the communication dropped each of the times I called and perhaps my salesperson Tommy wasn’t fully in the loop. He’s had great reviews from others, so it did seem odd I got the experience I got. Regardless, the manager addressed this with his staff, took care of me and provided information which at least put me at ease and more content with their service. I got my furniture and everything is fine now. If you experience anything other than great service, I suggest calling and asking for the manager. He truly did care about how I felt with this mishap.

After shopping online and in various stores, we decided to come by the design center to see what they had. The first visit was spent scoping out the catalogues. The second visit we narrowed down what we wanted and then I wanted to think about it. Ordered a modern dining table with chairs on the third visit and success! Bryan was super helpful and patient. We swapped out different chairs for the table we wanted and delivery and setup was great! Will definitely be back for future furniture needs!

The best furniture shopping experience I have ever had!!! I walked into the Design Center and was greeted by Guy who was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and never made me feel pressured to buy. I needed a bed and sofa asap and they did everything to help expedite the process. There customer service was outstanding and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. There prices are very reasonable and competitive and I will be going back soon to buy more to furnish the rest of my place :)
I would highly recommend checking out the Design Center!

We ordered a new bedroom set from them and got it delivered next day, right on time. Delivery guys were good, though they couldn’t help me move my TV onto the new dresser. I imagine because of insurance purposes. So, I, being 6 months pregnant, moved a 60-​inch flat screen by myself. But they did move all of the other furniture this was replacing, out of the room and into our guest room for me. I appreciated that. In the store, there was zero annoying, high-​pressure sales. They were nice and informative. I found the same bedroom set at another local store as we were shopping around and the price was better. They ended up matching it for me. AWESOME! I highly recommend them!

Sergio was amazing to work with! He really tried to help me since I am on a budget. He gave me free delivery and I didn’t have to pay taxes. This store is able to order almost any furniture you see online or at a local furniture store, for much less. I decided to buy something from their store because the quality (vs. Ashely’s) of their furniture was much better that anything else I had seen. Everything else (at other stores) looked cheap and plastic. This store’s furniture was made out of wood!

Went in looking for a new bed for my son, upgrading Jr. from the crib. Guy was a huge help, he took his time and helped us find the right full captain bed with plenty of storage just what my wife and I were looking for, he even hooked it up with free delivery and set up. We are expecting the delivery tomorrow, Jr. Is going to love his new big bed, thanks again Guy! You made it a smooth sale.

I chose this store due to the good reviews on Unilocal and it was close to my home with free local shipping.
I needed a recliner and was considering a sectional as well.
Positive-​Tommy was very helpful. Did all the measurements to make sure the furniture fit.
I purchased a recliner at a decent price.
Negative-​No free shipping as advertised.
I sent my husband to pick up the recliner today and he advised the staff of their Unilocal page that states free shipping. They stated the free local shipping was on purchases over $ 1000.
Of course ours was under $ 1000.

I was looking for a local furniture store and needed something quickly. Guy directed us to what was in stock and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality vs. the price. They were able to squeeze delivery in for the next day. Upon delivery the item was damaged and had to be returned. They were diligent in making sure I wasn’t disappointed. The crew finished their deliveries for the evening, went back to the shop and exchanged out the chest of drawers. Delivery was at 10:30pm. The my went above and beyond making sure they upheld their delivery process. Thank you

These guys are amazing. We’d been shopping for a sofa for weeks but either they were cheap junk or would take 3 months to get.
At Design Center much of what they sell is custom. We picked out a design and selected fabric and color and options and they said it would take two weeks. We had the sofa in ten days. Our fabric choice was correct but some of our options were wrong. No problem! They sent someone out to the house to get it and added our options and brought it all back in 4 days without question. It’s when a company stands behind their sale you know they want to be in business for a while! Will buy again.
If you’re in the market for quality and are choosey, give Design Center a try.

Guy is the best and most honest person. I walked into so many different furniture stores including living spaces and they were pushy and not very helpful. Guy helped me and my husband choose the best set for our living room. I’m really in love with the sofa and love seat, he not only explained everything in detail but he also went out of his way to order a set that was no longer in stock. Everybody in the store was very courteous and friendly. My experience was beyond positive and I highly recommend it. I am happy with the livingroom set were getting. They had great prices and cheaper than everywhere else. Great quality furniture too and prestigious known brands. If you’re looking for a furniture store that will treat you like family and not like an everyday customer, I highly recommend this furniture store.

We needed some furniture for our home and came across a tent sale in front of the Design Center in Orange. We pretty much already had our furniture picked out at Jerome’s but wanted to see what this place might offer. Brian helped us out. He was friendly, professional and not pushy. We liked him and what he showed us so much that we ended up buying 3 reclining couches, 1 reclining chair and a half, a bunk bed with under storage drawers and bunk bed stairs with storage. LOTS of stuff. The bunk bed was special ordered but we got the couches and chair in a few days. A week later the bunk bed and stairs was delivered and set up for us. A really pain free and wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. I hope to get a new dining table and chairs so we’ll be back soon!
