Where do I start.
I went online to apply for credit. I got a call back the next day. I talked to Mario. He told me he can get me in a car. I was worried. So went down there drove a Prius and loved it. He got me approved with the down I wanted and the monthly I wanted. Chris the owner was there and everyone was very very nice. I am very happy with the service I got. I will be letting all my friends know what a great service and car I got.

Where do I start!!! Just EXCELLENT, my entire experience was EXCELLENT. Chris, Mario, & Alison did everything they could too get me into a car. They helped me out BIG TIME. They worked with me on the down payment, and I have a low car note. I got a clean Jetta, I mean, not a scratch on the car, low mileage, leather seats VERY NICE. If no one else will finance you, they will! Love this place!

I have know the owner Chris for many years and him and his team has help my family and I get into so many cars. If you need help getting into a good reliable car. The people at here were so helpful. They actually went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. About a couple of days after I bought my car. Their was a problem with a hubcap making noise. They went and bought two new hubcaps for my car. The dealer would not do that! If you are looking for a car give these guys a call. They will do everything to work with you and make sure you are happy.

I bought a 2006 Cadillac CTS from this dealer. I come from a background of auto finance an independent dealers have a bad rep and are not very reputable… at first I was a little worried about trying to get another car from a smaller dealership. I currently have two open autos and I know very well it is very hard to get financed when you have more than one open auto. Chris was very nice and assured me through the whole process that I would be able to get finance no problem. I’ve had my car for about a month now and suddenly my engine light went on. I called C Jacks about the issue Chris told me to bring it in no problem. I took the car in today they sent me to a mechanic it ended up being something loose in my engine that was easily fixable. I have never encountered a dealership what do you can actually count on your sales guy or finance guy to stick to their word. I feel that I have received extremely great service from everyone in the office. a special thanks to Chris for making sure I am taken care of. Extremely satisfied customer !!

These guys are great at what they do. I applied at several other dealerships before being assured by Allison that I would be approved and driving my new car by the end of the day. I got approved at a couple other places but they wanted a minimum of $ 3000 down and the best car I qualified for was a 2002 PT Cruiser. I ended up getting exactly the car I wanted: a Lexus IS 300 with only $ 1500 down. Thanks again Alison for the great car and great experience. I will recommend you guys to all of my friends and family in the future!

This company is a rip off!!! One of the guys who works there told me they just sold a car earlier that day that it had so many problems but then they lie to people saying there cars are in good condition. Please I had a fiat 500 pop blue and it only had 13,000 miles when I got it but when I had it for almost a year the car started breaking down. With that low of miles nothing should be wrong with the car. Also chris the owner is a jerk all he cares about is money. He harrassed my fiancé when he was about to purchase a car from them telling him that he doesnt work and called him very inappropriate names. Don’t trust these scum bags. I’d never get a car from them again. Also my fiat 500 pop blue is up for sale right now at this dealership so I warn you not to get this car.
Also think it’s funny how this lady Allison keeps writing me when she has no idea what she’s talking about. I have talked to fiat numerous times and the car was taken to fiat 4 times within a few months. Also the warranty is only good till 50 000 miles so if the car is at 44 000 right now there’s only 6000 left to warranty.

I bought a car here this year and it runs OK. A friend bought one and it had some issues but they worked with him to fix it. Any time you buy a car that is more than 2 – 3 years old you are going to see some repair/​maintenance issues, from any dealer. I will tell you that I went here because another nearby dealer (rhymes with Morange Mempyre) treated me like crap and flat out lied to me about the down payment and everything else, even going so far as to say I was approved on the phone after a week of back-​and-​forth phone calls. Took me an hour and a half to get there. I was so p*ssed off I went to Cjacks a couple streets over and they were straight with me and I bought the car the same day. Be straightforward with people and it pays off in the end. Their cars generally are fairly ‘young’ compared to other dealers that service this end of the market. They will work with you on down payments and so on. If you can’t qualify to buy a car here then you don’t qualify to buy a car anywhere.

Please people never by a car here I purchased a car here and once it started to give out on me the 3^rd day I was treated like crap and no one there wanted to help me the owner is Chris and his son is Chris Jr sits on the computer all day making false reviews people please be aware of the auto fraud this place have going on… be aware any one can get approved here because your car is only guaranteed to run a week or so I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy here…

I’m shocked, I really am. Buying a car here was amazing! This is how every dealership should be run. If you’re looking to buy a car then start and end here. I found my dream car through Cjacks advertising in craigslist. I called and talked to a sales guy, he confirmed that the car was as described. I put a deposit right there and then.
The car I wanted was detailed by the dealership and had all the recalls and service done at OC Fiat.
They offered me more on my trade in than any other dealership too!
I went in with my guard up expecting the normal scam dealership like Orange county ford. But I got none of that. Complete honesty, simple pricing, and my dream car. No BS.

I had such a great experience with the guys at CJacks Autos. I was searching for a specific car & made an inquiry through the website. I received a call directly from Chris, the owner, within a few hours of my inquiry.
The car I inquired about had already been sold but Chris took the time to explain his process of acquiring vehicles & offered to attend an auction for me to find the vehicle that I wanted. I went to the office where he explained the «rating» system used, showed me CarFax reports, photos of cars up for auction and more. He took down the specs I wanted (year, color, model, amenities) and we discussed my budget. Chris was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & professional.
I worked with Alex to get pre-​approved financially. My credit is less then stellar, but he took me through the process step by step and over the week before the auction occurred kept in contact with me regarding documents the finance company required, verifying my income, etc. He answered all of my questions and was very reassuring & helpful.
The day of the car purchase went smooth as could be! I came in, test drove the vehicle and then sat down with Alex to finalize the purchase & sign the paperwork. They accepted my trade-​in, worked with my budget to obtain a feasible monthly payment, and explained everything that I signed. I walked away with a wonderful, immaculate «new» car with a big smile on my face.
I was anticipating that buying a new car would be a big hassle, but really my experience with CJacks Autos could not have been any better! They were communicative, honest, professional, and so very friendly. From the first phone call to the last visit to the office they worked hard for my business and I felt that they truly wanted me to walk away happy with my vehicle purchase. CJacks Autos receives my highest recommendation. Thanks guys!

Awesome place to buy a car! Called in on Thursday looking for a car, and talked to Alex who is one of the sales managers here. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I felt no pressure during the test drive, or negotiation. Would definitely recommend going here to buy a car. Excellent selection if you are on a budget. I ended up with a 2003 BMW 325i and short term financing for a first time buyer.

I found C-​Jacks Autos through Craigs List. I applied directly through them online and within 24 hrs i received a call back based on my application, that i had been approved for a car from their lot. I went in the day of the call and within a couple hrs i was driving home in my new car! Extremely happy with both Chris and Alex for helping me get into the car i wanted. They are very friendly and even tolerated my 3yr old son in their kid friendly waiting room, while my wife and i were doing the paper work. Very pleased with this small business dealer, but i can tell you one thing, I’ll definitely be referring friends in need of a new car. =)
