I don’t typically write a review for a fast food place but we had such exceptional service today I needed to share. My family had a minor catastrophe when our dog ran away and was taken by a kind stranger to the OC Animal Shelter. We arrived before it opened so we grabbed some breakfast at Carl’s Jr while we waited. The restaurant was immaculately clean and each staff member had a friendly smile. With a family of 6 we had a large order and it all came out very quickly and was hand delivered to our table. One sandwich was missing an ingredient and they kindly offered to make a new sandwich but I asked for just the missing ingredient which the prepared quickly. The manager checked on us and greeted us as we left. It was just above and beyond for a fast food experience and I can highly recommend it during your shopping trip to The Outlets at Orange.

Every time I come here they are quick and efficient. Its a fast food place so its not like i am expecting ritz carlton customer service. They have made our food right and once they stopped us because they caught that they gave us the wrong order. They asked if we wanted fresh biscuits once for breakfast if we were willing to wait 5 exitra minutes and we sure did! I love their egg, cheese and bacon breakfast sandwiches and the people are fine that work here.

Worst Carls ever. I went there at 8 a.m. when no one was there. I got an all natural burger with zucchini.(mind you I was the only one in line). I go to the window and as soon as she handed me the food i was suspicious. She looked guilty. Not to be cynical, but I whole hardheartedly believe she knew that wasn’t what I ordered. I leave and go back to work. Open the bag, and wow. 2 breakfast egg and bacon biscuits!!! its 2 for $ 4. I paid 8.46. So not only was I the only person in line, and I got ripped off $ 4, they gave me the completely wrong order. When i attempted to contact them 3 times to speak with the manager, they told me she was busy.

Never again !! Food was cold. Even during. Why ask me for sauce when I still have to get my own. Very disappointed with this service. I asked the server Victoria for sauce and she ignore me even when she made eye contact with !!

Omg, I would give this place no stars if i could. just had the worse experience here. I did the drive thru and ordered my food. The cashier(short Hispanic girl) handed back my drinks with only a couple of ice cubes in each of the two drinks. She was really small and had trouble reaching thru the window, so I can totally understand her trying to cut down the weight in the cups. I handed back the drinks and asked her for more ice. A female manager, Lisette arrived at the window. Lisette was throwing major shade at me, for no reason. She asked the cashier(in Spanish) what the problem was, to which the cashier explained the ice situation. Lisette first rolled her eyes, and then asked me ‘what the problem’ was. I kindly asked her for more ice. She gave me a dirty look and said something about me, in Spanish, to the cashier. She then filled the cup, to the top, with ice. I then asked her to pour half of the ice out, to which she rudely responded, «What?» I, asked her if she spoke. English, and again, asked her for less ice. She rolled her eyes, filled the cup with very little ice, as if to teach me a lesson for asking for more ice, and then handed the drink to the cashier, making a rude comment in Spanish, before leaving. When I asked the cashier for ketchup for my fries, she went to the back and only returned with two ketchups. Really rude, really uncalled for. Did I owe either of you people money, or did you lose the recipe for ice? Don’t come here. Mediocre food and really bad service. They have a really vindictive type of attitude, and they back eachother’s play. These are the kind of people that«60 Minutes» does specials on for messing with people’s food. NOBUENO!!!

Honestly this place is bad. I went through the drive through the other night and the girl taking my order must have been hard of hearing or something. I had to repeat my order 4 times! And everytime I started to talk she cut me off by saying«what!?» Then on top of that she started talking to her coworker over the drive through speaker. I specifically remember hearing her say. «Helloooo» in a way like she was playing with the other girl. Not going back to this place they were just plain rude. And when I pulled up to the window there were 3 cashier girls just standing there talking. Not even ready to take my payment. How the staff was was just sad.

Updated review Sitting here in a drive thru line that has lasted more than 35 mins. Stuck between a few cars so I am unable to get out. It should not take more than 15 mins to fucking GREET you at the speaker. The same thing happened to the car in front of me and now they’ve ordered at the window after the car on hold in front of it left. Smh. It is 11:04 p.m. what a fucking waste of time. What is the deal Carls? Oh, I know, you’ve gone to fucking shit.

One of the best Carl’s I’ve had. I mean the standard isn’t that high but I was pleasantly surprised when I ate my food. So surprised I had to write a review for a fast food joint!

I believe that Carl’s Jr should have employees that are at the mere least, responsive, polite and take pride in there work. This was the worst visit I’ve had at Carl’s Jr. and am not happy with the way the employee treated and provided the meal. The burger itself had brown guacamole and was dry. I went to this location via drive thru. The person taking the order from me went silent for about 3 minutes after I responded my size(which was at the end of my order, mind you, that was it, we were done). After the silence, she said in an irrated voice, «are you ready to order now?» and I responded back with my order and stated that I had previously ordered just in case they would take it twice. She just blurted out the total and I drove up to the window to pay. When I arrived at the windown she said the total again, this time in an angry voice as if I said something wrong and then snatched my card. She then stuck her hand out and did not give me my receipt. After this, she just shoved the bag of food out the window, I grabbed it, and she slammed her window again. The worst part was that my burger had brown guacamole and looked like it had been thrown on the floor(it was just tossed like whatever in the boxed container). If the quality of the food was great I think I would look past the employee’s shitty attitude. Worst experience ever. Advice: Just drive to another Carl’s Jr if you have to. I don’t even eat at this restaurant ever let alone, the one time I do to give it a shot I get the asshole employee who thinks the customer is there to be nice to them. All I am saying is, whatever you do, take pride in your work and have the decency to be polite to customers. If not, find another damn job.

I suppose based on the fact this place is right across the street from a jail should have been a good red flag to know that it’s not the best locations to drop by. Stopped by here with a buddy after playing some games at Dave & Buster’s, he got himself a teriyaki burger while I decided to have some of those star shaped chicken things, I haven’t had them in years. We noticed that the drive thru was pretty slow, but we weren’t in a hurry. We noticed the manager roaming around the outside, jokingly saying he’s probably looking for us because I ordered the 9 piece chicken star things and only got 6. While my buddy is enjoying his burger I was hesitant to take a bite out of my food, because they were burnt. Maybe the worker thought they should resemble something that broke through the planet’s atmosphere since they were stars. I eventually walked back in here to return the food, since the only bite I attempted was spit out the window and I wanted something edible. When we got to the register another customer was having trouble so we took our time. This was when we noticed that the manager didn’t even speak English and it was causing too many communication problems. I’m sure the manager Carlos is probably a good guy, I don’t want to speak negative about him but he was unable to resolve our problem. The order was made wrong, it wasn’t 9 pieces and ended up extra crispy for all the wrong reasons. My buddy even knocked the stars on the counter to prove they were charred beyond being considered food, which other customers found amusing. Well, it turned out the manager was trying to find us because they never even charged us for our orders at all. Problem solved, but I’m not going to this location again after this experience. The lack of communication ruined it, and I was under the impression they were pretending they didn’t speak English until they realized we weren’t charged for our food. So basically the management sucks, the workers play dumb and it was a complete waste of time for me to order anything from here. It’s not a place I’ll return to, which is a shame because this is a popular mall to hangout. I don’t recommend this place unless you have a translator and enjoy having your orders fucked up.

It’s Carl’s Jr. What can you say??? This one is a bit better than most(I’ve been to some that smell like sewer). I do get VERY annoyed when the cashier and the cooks rattle off in Spanish and speak to their management in spanish. This is The United States! English is the primary language and should be treated as such. Food is good but slow to get to you if you dine in. Drive thru seems to get priority… but if I’m on my Lunch Break, I’m a priority too and I don’t feel I should have to eat in my car just to get my food faster. Please be more considerate to your dine in customers.

Worst service ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this horrid place. I wish I could give negative stars because this place deserves that. I usually arrive about 20 minutes early to my work area. This is supposed to give me enough time to grab something on the go. I’ve stopped at this Carl’s Jr. several times to order one chicken sandwich. They always make me pull up to the front and then they forget to give me my food. I have to run inside and grab it causing me to be late to work or to make it just in the knick of time. My chicken sandwich is $ 1.29. All they have to do is slap the chicken and lettuce in between two buns. Why the hell does that require me to pull up to the front and wait 5 – 7 minutes?! There is barely anyone ever at drive-thru and the place itself is empty in the mornings. These workers aren’t even happy about their jobs. They give attitude when you ask for extra ketchup or ranch. I also recall coming here for lunch once and waiting about 15 – 20 minutes for my food. RIDICULOUS. I can’t believe this place is still open and yet they’re closing down a bunch of Burger Kings in Orange County. They should close this damn place down and open up a Burger King.

We wait 20 minutes to finally get our order from the to go window and with the extra time they still managed to get it wrong. It’s idiots like this that keeps the minimum wage for fast food workers so low

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Never gets orders right in drive thru and when dining in all seats are filthy! We ordered a cheeseburger mustard and cheese only so that was exactly what we got with no hamburger patty! We ordered a kids meal with cheeseburger and all we got was fries and a toy! This place is absolutely horrible!

6÷4÷148:35pm normally in day time the food is good. The workers sucked ignored us which should of been our first clue to run the hell out of there. Than when they felt to attend us they took a long time to bring us our half order of fries and cold food. Poor service. We weren’t the only people treated this way this night. So maybe it could be due to no supervision. Won’t be going to this location at this time ever again food sucked service sucked! Probably won’t be coming back to this location at all! What a waste of money!

This location isn’t in a bad location, but when you walk into this place it seems ghetto. It is even more ghetto during the holidays. The patrons that step foot into this place look homeless. My friend and I ordered food here since we had nothing better to do during the holidays. We came here late night. The staff member had told us we cannot eat here, but we can just come in and order, and then leave. There were many others sitting down eating, so we figured why not sit and eat. And so we did. The staff had blocked one of the doors so no one could come in. Actually it was locked by the staff, but the patrons who were already inside kept letting people from the outside in. It was sort of funny if you actually watched it happen. I’m sure the staff were annoyed and wanted people out ASAP so they can go home and rest. What a night.

I’ll start my review with the delicious beef chili cheese fries. I love the taste of the chili con carne and what is nice about the chili cheese fries is you can actually change your fries from the regular fries to crisscut fries. You can choose from burgers including: — Potabello Mushroom Burger — Chicken Club — Western Bacon Burger — Baon Swiss Burger — Famous Star — Superstar You can also customize your burger by adding extra beef patty, extra cheese, extra mayo almost add anything you like. You can also change to bun to sourdough or to lettuce, yes lettuce they call it the LOWCARB burger. Aside from fries and burgers they also have Charboiled chicken salad with thousand island, balsamic or ranch sauce. Their drinks are free flow which is really cool! Or if you want you can have a milk shake instead.
