Left me with a broken dishwasher — tech couldn’t be bothered to figure out what was wrong with it and instead tightened a few valves and pronounced it fixed. Ran a full cycle after he left, still broken.
Scheduled a follow-​up call, they no-​called, no-​showed, and claimed that I didn’t answer the phone and they couldn’t leave voicemail. I have unequivocal proof that this is not true, and that they are just lying.

The worst. Repairman shows up for my broken dishwasher –under warranty-​. Says I need a new one, then fails to tell the manufacturer «because he wasn’t sure of the procedure» and just dropped it. I waited over three weeks. I had to take it up directly with the manufacturer. Don’t use them!
