History

Established in 2014.

I’ve been surrounded by real estate all of my life, as my father is a real estate investor as was his father before him. I begin investing in residential real estate in 2005 so it was inevitable that I would eventually pursue a professional career in real estate. After a successful 15-​year run in drug retail I decided to get my real estate license and leave my 9-​to-​5 to go full time in real estate and haven’t looked back since.

I joined SRG properties in August of 2014 and since then I have consulted hundereds of clients with their real estate needs. Although, I will never be done learning, SRG has provided me with the essential training necessary to be a great agent.

I’ve been in the service industry my entire adult life and I have always striven to delivery superior service to both clients and colleagues. In addition, I’ve been surrounded by real estate all of my life, as my father is a real estate investor as was his father before him.

We are passionate about investing in real estate. On the personal side we buy and hold single-​family homes for the long-​haul. For our investor clients we find motivated sellers with homes that need some work and we market them to our rehab investors. For the motivated sellers we only believe in win/​win deals so if the numbers don’t work we provide whatever advice/​help we can without pressure to sell.

We love working with first time homebuyers because we are passionate about teaching and it wasn’t so long ago I was buying my first home so I know what it’s like!

Working with Brett makes me believe in real estate agent again. I had work with different agents in the past and no one is as good comparing to Brett. He went above and beyond when I was looking to rent out this property we just purchased (noticed that we didn’t ask the agent representing us for the purchased). Brett took the times to explain all the details in the contract as well as the overview of all the potential tenants. He even makes the application into PDF that’s easier for me to read through. He is always on time though his office is a little bit further away from property. Before open house day, he even went in to help cleaning the house with my dad without us knowing.
I truly feel that he is on my side and is able to help me to weight out the pro and con, analyzing the situation and assists me in making the best informed decision. He is someone who cares. I highly recommend him and I know for sure we will call him again in the future when we are looking to do anything with our properties.

Brett went above and beyond for my wife and I to find our rental during our reloation from Chicago. Since we couldn’t visit the area to see the apartments, Brett was diligent in viewing the properties and providing us with video tours to accurately depict the apartments. In doing so, we landed the perfect starter house in Orange and we LOVE it!!! I highly recommend Brett and will 100% be working with him in the future and I recommend you do the same!

Brett continually went above and beyond. He found the perfect home for us and walked us through every step of the buying process. It’s no platitude to say that he was truly at bat for us all the way, and genuinely just one hell of a nice guy. He even watered the plants at the new place while we were waiting for escrow to close. Who does that? Thanks a million, Brett!
