Cindy serious is the best! I am so happy with my new eyebrows. This was my first time getting them done and I am extremely satisfied. Cindy was absolutely sweet, professional and so meticulous in the design of my eyebrows. She is definitely passionate about what she does and delivers the best quality and service. I found Cindy thru Instagram and I loved her work. I’m from Houston Texas and I decided to get my eyebrows done by her when I came this past week to visit my family. Best decision ever! I love my eyebrows! Even though I know I didn’t have bad eyebrows before, I wanted them to be more even and that I didn’t need to put anything on it anymore. Cindy’s studio is super cute and even had a welcome sign with my name! She was very informative and spent lots of time outlining the shape. she spent time letting the numbing cream kick in before she started working on me as well. It just felt like a more intense threading. Not bad at all. It took about an hour and i fell asleep into the procedure with all the soft music going on. When Cindy was done and I saw my brows, I was in love. Omg she does such an awesome job!!! I would recommend anyone that wants to do it, do it by Cindy! I didn’t find anyone in Houston that’s as good as Cindy. Thank you so much Cindy! And oh yea, she gives you a goodie bag as well! So sweet!

If you are super tired of drawing your eyebrows everyday just so you can step outside, then this is your solution. I was referred to Cindy by a friend and I am so grateful, I got the powdered technique done and it looks great. Super natural, sometimes if I’m going for a more bold look I will shade them in a little, but at least I don’t have to worry about their shape or if one is lower than the other. These days my eyebrows are always on fleek!

I had a bad experience with permanent makeup about a year ago. I only went in for a lash enhancement but left with uneven lines and an unintentional wing on one side. That wasn’t even the bad part bc it did fade out significantly and didn’t stand out at all. The process of the tattooing was a nightmare. The lady did use numbing cream but it was still pretty uncomfortable for me to sit through. She kept getting ink into my eyes and the stinging would hurt even more than the actual tattooing. I couldn’t even open my eyes at the end of the procedure and had to flush my eyes out under a sink. Anyways I’ve always wanted to get my brows done bc I am guilty of being your typical over plucker back in the day. I never got to it bc I was always afraid of trusting someone to work on them. It wasn’t until I found Cindys IG page and literally was happy with every single post. I’m so glad that made my appointment with her. Cindy was such a sweetheart and took her time to explain every single step of the process. I had her do my brows of course and also fix my previous lash enhancement job. Everything was painless! I went straight to work right after and got so many compliments on them. She even sent me home with a cute little goodie bag that included all aftercare necessities. I couldn’t be more happy with her service. Go see Cindy if your brows need some love!

Let me start this review off with a little backstory, I had my eyebrows tattooed (more like massacred) 19 years ago and I was left with a horrible color and even more terrible shape which was above my actual eyebrows. I had to pluck everything leaving me with little to no hair left. I was absolutely devastated and since then have looked for ways to try and fix this mess. I did everything from cold laser, tattooing skin color, tattooing acid, regular laser, cold lasers… you name it… I’ve tried it. No matter how expensive or painful it was, I tried it because I wanted to be normal again.
Fast forward 19 years, I was on Instagram and saw the perfect eyebrows so I clicked on the video and began scrolling through Cindy’s Instagram and was amazed! Every photo was beautiful and flawless. Her attention to detail was impeccable, I knew I had to meet with her. I set up a consultation and received texts from Cindy almost immediately, she wanted to see what she was working with and was so friendly that I felt comfortable right away.
On April 30^th, I drove out to her studio (suuuuper cute) and easy to find. I walked in and she had a clipboard waiting for me to fill out. I sat for a few minutes and walked back into her room, she looked at my eyebrows and gave me her professional opinion and asked what I thought. She is not like the other people I’ve come across who push things on you and push what they think looks good. Her goal is that you feel good and comfprtable in addition to looking good. She has this down to a science which explains why every eyebrow she touches is perfection. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she eased all my anxieties. Although I was booked for a consultation only, she went above and beyond to squeeze me in so she could help me, she saw how frustrated I was and how badly I hated my eyebrows.
She began working on them and explaining each step along the way, she played music in the background and I actually fell asleep. As soon as she was finished, I wanted to cry tears of joy! For the first time in 19 years I had eyebrows… the hair strokes looked like hair… in places I haven’t seen hair in for so long. I was beyond grateful and I let out a huge sigh of relief. Although to some, it may only be eyebrows, it affected how I saw myself and was detrimental to my self-​esteem. Cindy changed all of that in one visit. I’m set to go back two more times to touch them up since there was a previous tattoo and it needed color correction. I am looking forward to seeing her bright and beautiful face. She is not only one of a kind in her craft but as a human being as well… she is incredibly kind. She also gave me a cute little goodie bag! If you’re looking for natural and effortless yet perfect eyebrows, Cindy is the ONLY person to go to.

For the longest time, I had put off tattooing my eyebrows even though I knew so many who had them done. Instead, I miserably filled them in every morning like many women do. Also, I was hesitant because I’ve heard of numerous artists who do not listen to their client’s opinions and wishes and instead, just do their own thing based only on what they think looks best. Sure, this may be fine if one is unsure of the eyebrow shape and look they desire but I am not one of those people and did not want to fall victim those artists. This is a complete first world problem, for sure. Anyway, after seeing Cindy’s work and hearing from others how wonderful she is, I finally gave in and contacted her for semi-​permanent eyebrow work. I don’t regret it one bit!
Cindy was so accommodating and patient with me. I came in with multiple photos of the look I wanted, explained to her that I wanted very natural eyebrows, and expressed to her that my main concern was filling in the sparse areas of my eyebrows. I sat there while she outlined my brows to help me achieve my desired look. She offered her opinion but also took into consideration my wishes. She worked with me and was very patient when I couldn’t figure out how my eyebrows would look tattooed by just looking at her outlining (I have a really bad imagination). After I was satisfied with the shape of my brows, Cindy custom mixed my brow color, made sure I was satisfied with said color, and adjusted it based on my desired look.
Prior to the procedure, Cindy applied a numbing gel onto my brows so the procedure itself was almost painless. It really just felt like I was getting my eyebrows tweezed for the second or third time in life: p. Again, she was very patient and made sure I felt alright throughout the whole procedure. She also explained what she would be doing prior to doing it so I would not be caught by surprise.
Cindy was also very good at explaining to me aftercare procedures. She gave me instructions explaining what I needed to do in the following days and even followed up with me later on to find out how I was doing! She answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly.
Now, 3 weeks later, I couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait to come back for a touch up and then post photos!

Cindy, your amazing and truly skilled in what you do! I always wanted to have dark and full eyebrows forever. I tried everything growing up, even buying eyebrow tinting dye and spending lots of money on vitamins. What really motivated me in getting them done was my busy lifestyle. I also live a very active life and always on the go. Waking up to having eyebrows is great!

Well, to start off it was my first time getting my brows tatted in general and I found Cindy on Instagram. Her work is amazing. My whole experience was not awkward and I feel like I can talk to her for days. The procedure went smoothly and she is really detailed in her work. I love my eyebrows and how it came out. She is so talented and she made sure to take her time to perfect my brows to what I wanted. She is also really knowledgable and helpful to answering my questions about the aftercare. I love Cindy to death! She helped me through the procedure (my first time) by answering all my questions first, scheduling a free consultation, and making the procedure as painless as possible. She would suggest shapes that go best with my face structure, but also listen to what I desired and gave her opinion (sometimes we need someone to let us know what we think looks good is crazy). She even messaged me a couple days after to check on my healing! I felt very at ease knowing that she was there to help me. Trusting someone to alter your face is not an easy thing to do! There are a lot of people who are in the business and somehow lost their professionalism and customer care along the way. Cindy is just so down to earth, I feel she will always treat you with respect and care!

Cindy is just the absolute best! She was so patient with me during my consultation. I wanted to wait until my touch up before I made any comments on my brows. First and foremost I must reiterate Cindy was very patient with me. Patience is a virtue my friend. When it comes to brows you can’t f*ck around. It has to be perfect or else your whole face will be fugly. She will sit there with you until you’re completely satisfied wiyh your brows. She was constantly erasing and redrawing and erasing with me. I think my consultation ended up being about 2HRS. Anyways, obviously her customer service is great… now to customer satisfaction.
LOVE MY BROWS! I’m a changed woman. I feel whole. I feel like my life is on track again. I’m soo happy that I don’t have to draw in my eyebrows anymore. I chose hairstroke technique bc I wanted more natural looking eyebrows and I’m in awe at how great they are. I can’t stress enough how much I love my eyebrows. It’s just. life changing. I could tell she was incredibly knowledgable about semi-​permanent tattooing as she was able to answer all the questions and concerns I had about the procedure. I was nervous seeing as I had never tattooed anything on my body before, but Cindy was super attentive and caring throughout the whole process.
She took her time shaping my eyebrows beforehand to see what type of eyebrows fit well with my face, as well as making sure that I was happy with the shape before beginning. The procedure itself wasn’t too painful after the numbing cream set in. She made sure I was satisfied before leaving her office.
All in all, great experience all together. I would definitely come back and recommend her to any of my friends.

I was scared… Really scared to try semi perm brows. After much research I found Cindy, and contacted her for a consultation. Upon arriving, she was very sweet and accommodating. Her space is clean and beautiful. She made sure to ask what my goals were and I told her that I fill in my eyebrows everyday and it takes me forever. She suggested the hair stroke technique and we got to it. She shaped my brows perfectly… The way I’ve always wanted them. The way I always try to explain to my threaders that I want them, and the way they never do them! I was extremely please and just hoped they’d stay that way after the procedure. I was very pleased– it didn’t hurt at all! I barely felt a thing. After she was done I almost cried because I loved them so much. I am now about 3.5 weeks post procedure and they’ve healed beautifully. They lightened up and look exactly like how I’d fill them in with my brow wiz, except extremely perfect from tip to tail and I never even have to pick up a pencil. I get compliments on them everywhere I go, with people asking me how I fill them in so perfectly. Thank you so much Cindy for making my brow goals a reality!

Great all around experience…
After seeing Cindy’s work on Instagram and Snapchat I decided to book a consultation for some semi permanent eyebrows.
Booking the consultation on her website was a breeze. I was able to see her availability and requested a date and time to see Cindy. Soon after submitting my request, I received an email confirming my appointment.
Her office is located right off the freeway and there was plenty of parking outside. It is also very clean and sleek inside. Cindy offered me water and coffee while I filled out my paperwork. Once I was done Cindy took me into the room which felt very spa like. She explained the process and showed me options, after looking at a couple styles we agreed on a look. Next she showed me her availability and I booked my procedure. I was able to pay my deposit with a card.
I arrived early for my appointment and Cindy was just finishing up with another client. Cindy went over one more time with my selected look and made sure I was happy before she started. She kept me informed during the entire procedure which made me feel really comfortable. The procedure seemed to fly by, before I knew it Cindy was showing me my new and improved brows.
Wow! I loved them. They looked so good. Before I left Cindy gave me a personalized care package which was filled with essentials for post procedure care and I also booked my first touch up, which is included in her pricing.
I highly recommend Cindy.

I was super nervous getting my eyebrows done after hearing all the stories but Cindy did such a good job! She made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She drew my shape on first then mixed the color closest to my natural color. The whole process took about 2 hours. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is tired of drawing in their brows everyday!

You will LOVE your brows and you will LOVE Cindy! Cindy is a very laid back and friendly girl and you will feel at ease throughout the entire process. She does a very good job in making sure that you like the shape that she draws on before you get started and that it’s even, so you know exactly what to expect at the end. The process itself can hurt a little but nothing to even stress over, just a slight little pinch. I’m still healing but i’m 5 days into my new brows and every day I am loving them more and more, DEF recommend getting your brows done with Cindy! She can book up superrrr quick for weekends so if your schedule isn’t flexible i recommend calling well in advance :) She also includes follow up apt IN her rates so thats super helpful when price quoting!

After doing my research for a few months, I came across Cindy’s work. I am very particular when it comes down to eyebrows, however my first experience with Cindy was hands down the best.
She is the sweetest and very accommodating. My first impression when I first walked in her office was very welcoming and cute. She had a little sign that said «Welcome Vee». (My name) I thought that was very sweet of her.
I came in for a consultation and Cindy helped me outline my eyebrows. She was very nice and made sure it was the way I liked it.
After my consultation we agreed to do the hair stroke eyebrows. The process was very easy going and Cindy made sure I was doing okay/​no pain during the tattooing process. She is very precise and very detailed.
I would def recommend Cindy to everyone that wants their eyebrows done. Even after my procedure was done, she gave me a gift bag with a bunch of goodies.

I originally found Cindy through Instagram and I can’t say enough good things about her and her work! My mom and I both have been wanting to get our eyebrows tattooed for quite some time now, and after communicating, we set up an appointment for the following week.
Her studio is cozy and very pretty. She had a cute sign with our names to welcome us, and she even brought us breakfast since our appointment was so early in the morning (it’s the little things!) She started by outlining our brows so that we could determine the perfect shape based on our face structure as well as photos we had for inspiration. Once we settled on a shape, she opened up the pores on our eyebrows and proceeded to apply the numbing cream. After a few minutes, she custom mixed the color and the actual tattooing began. It felt a lot like getting your eyebrows tweezed, to a certain extent, due to the numbing cream. Overall, the procedure was very comfortable and I’m pretty sure I dozed off a couple times lol. And the result was absolutely phenomenal for both my mom and I!
I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell her work is a labor of love. If you’re interested in getting your eyebrows done, going to Cindy is a must :)

Cindy is amazing. After drawing my brows for years, I decided it was finally time to get the semi-​permanent ones! Not only would I save time when doing my makeup everyday, but I wake up with amazing eyebrows! Can’t beat that!
The experience was wonderful and easy. I went in, and she had a cute little sign saying welcome Tessa (that’s me). We sat chatted a bit, she drew the perfect shape for my brows. Then came the numbing cream… then the eyebrows! It was painless and short. The outcome is everything I could of hoped for and better!
All in all, it was a perfect, comfortable experience. Cindy is extremely accommodating to your every need. She even sent me home with a cute care bag! I would definetly recommend her to anyone looking for perfect brows, along with a perfect experience :)

Omg I am so so so happy I found Cindy.
I’ve been wanting to get semi-​permanent brows done for a while now. I was tired of drawing them in (and I wasn’t that good at it either lol). For a few months, I did done a ton of research looking for places in Los Angeles and Orange County. If I’m going to invest in something that’s going to be semi-​permanent on my face, I want to make sure it’s the best place! I came across Cindy’s work on instagram really admired her brow work! The best thing about her work is she’ll make it look so natural and map it perfectly to your face.
Cindy was so sweet and accommodating when I arrived. She offered me water and coffee too. I had a ton of questions and she was happy to answer them all. Before the procedure, she drew in the shape and adjusted slightly until I was happy. We then discussed what kind of brow I wanted, and I decided a combination of a natural hairstoke and powdered brow would be best. The entire procedure took around 2 hours. But it flew by pretty fast in my opinion.
She kept asking if I was comfortable and made me totally feel relaxed the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I HAVE EVEN BROWS ON FLEEK FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. The brows will be dark at first, but they will get lighter (will post another photo as soon as they are healed). There is also a touch up appointment in a month or so.
If you’re considering getting semi-​permanent brows, book it with Cindy. I already researched like crazy (so I’m pretty much saving you time looking around haha), and she really is the best! And most of all, she’s so nice!

So I’ve been drawing my eyebrows in for so long now and I’m honestly tired of being late for work because of my brows lol just kidding. But still, having to draw them in takes time out of my day that I could spend doing something else like eating breakfast haha
The procedure is tolerable, in my opinion PAINLESS. It took about 2 hours (mostly because Cindy and I were catching up). She had me come in with my brows drawn in the way I normally do them. We took pictures of my drawn in brows, the took them off and took pictures of them naked.
She explained the process, what to expect and what to do for the next week while they heal and peel. She told me there’s no down time (which is great because I went straight to work after).
We put numbing cream on my name brows and let it sit for about 15 – 20 minutes. So I had time to use the restroom, make coffee, stare at the wall lol. Then she wiped off the cream (it was kind of numb). She used Anastasia’s cream brow pot to draw in my shape with a brow brush. After we got the shape I loved, she needed to open my pores so she used the needle to do it. Looks and sounds like a tattoo pen. It felt like plucking my hairs but fast.
Then she put more numbing and let that sit while we chose the color she will use on me doing swatches on my skin by dabbing it on with a brush. This all took about 30 mins from when we drew in my brows.
Next was outlining my shape. She made sure it was even and perfect. Throughout the shading and touches here and there she put more numbing so I was comfortable. By then it didn’t feel like anything but vibrations.
We were done! I am so happy and very satisfied with her work. They look amazing. And they are TWINS haha I can’t wait for it to heal! Thanks so much Cindy! I’ll be back for my touch up in a month!
