We pride ourselves in never using any preservative or softeners, which in return produces remarkably fresh and healthy Pita Bread. Influenced by the idea that centuries ago bread was made from real ingredients, never adding chemicals for ‘a long lasting flavor’. We are adamant in achieving these goals because we are passionate about good for you, good tasting bread. Our consumers deserve to be served only the best, so we bake and hand-package only the best Pita Bread that comes out of the brick oven.

We strive to support the health and well-being of our consumers by incorporating the highest-quality of local or organic ingredients available. We pride ourselves in never using any preservatives or artificial ingredients, which in return produces remarkably fresh and healthy Pita Bread and Savories. Influenced by the idea that centuries ago food was made with real ingredients, never adding chemicals for «a long lasting flavor». We are adamant about achieving these goals because we are passionate about serving healthy, great tasting food that we grew up with.
