The process was very quick and jelly was very accommodating.
Kellie numbed the area with a local anesthetic and began her work.
She used a wand with a laser to burn it off.

I had a very stubborn dark spot that I was trying to get rid of for a long while. I even got treated by a number of dermatologists that were not able to get rid of the obnoxious area either. After meeting with Kellie, she had advised me that the only way to get rid of that spot was to burn it off. It made me nervous but I went ahead with the treatment; and believe me, the sound of it was more intimidating than the actual procedure. It did take about 5 months for the dark spot to go through it’s fading stages before I noticed that it was finally no longer there. It was a complete miracle for me to see such a drastic result! Ever since I started my facial treatments here, I’ve been getting a lot more compliments on my skin and it has significantly helped boost my self confidence. Kellie is so sweet, patient and thorough. She is very personable and truly cares about her clients getting the best results possible because she really takes her time to explain everything so you know exactly what to expect; she would not sell you any false hope. You are definitely paying for quality when coming here. Her prices are not the cheapest but I would not want to save a few bucks just to get poor results elsewhere. I was referred here by a friend and have since referred many of my friends to come here as well.

I came here because i was desperate to get my arm pit hair lasered due to bumps I would get after shaving. I found her on Unilocal and trusted a friends opinion based on her Unilocal review. I am so glad I came here. Kellie is so sweet, and very professional. She explains everything so well and tells you the honest truth about laser hair removal. She doesn’t sugar coat anything and does not hide anything from you. I felt I knew I could trust her because she is a PA. After my 6 sessions with Kellie I have felt so much better in my arm pit area with no more bumps. It is so much smoother and no longer hurts after I shave. I am so happy with the results.

I went to Kelly after my esthetician recommended her. She is very knowledgeable and it seems to me she has mastered the art of fillers and skin care. With a $ 10 injection of Botox, she was able to correct an issue with my eyebrows that had come up after getting Botox at a different location. She knew exactly what to do and where to inject the needle so that my eyebrows were more symmetrical. She’s very skilled and I’m definitely going back.

Love this place Kellie is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, quick, clean… the office is also really cute… parking is easy and I love the results! I would highly recommend coming here for Botox if that’s what your looking for.

After finding great reviews on Unilocal I selected this place to get injectable fillers for my very deep laugh lines. I went in 2014 and was very pleased with the results. The change was very natural but enough for people to compliment me on how good I looked. I didn’t need to go back until 18 months later for more fillers for laugh lines and also decided to get some for under the eyes. I completely trust Kellie with my face, she does great work, and cares. I will be back for some more later.

I had my first laser hair removal treatment with Kellie today and she blew me away. She is truly one of the kindest, most genuine and caring people I’ve ever met. I visited Astra for a mole removal on my upper lip. Other than a slight shaded spot where the mole once was there is no real evidence that it ever existed. She did such a wonderful job. More importantly she took care of the mole while providing me with every possible outcome. I am so grateful for her services that I am practically a walking billboard of her good work.

If you want great results than go see Kellie! I had laser hair removal treatments and years later I still have great results! Why waste your money anywhere else?!

If you’re looking to get laser hair removal done, Kellie is the person to see! She is very personable and already put me right at ease during our first meeting. She’s very knowledgeable and was upfront and honest about the results I could expect. I shared with her that I was trying to get pregnant and she said pregnancy and hormonal changes may interfere with the results. She did not try to push her services on me but was more concerned about making sure that I was fully informed.
Needless to say, I went ahead with the laser treatments and have completed my sixth session with Kellie almost 3 months ago and am still loving the results! No regrets. I’m approx. 99.5% hair free in the areas treated. I would say I have at most 4 – 5 strands of hair in each area that I currently need to manually maintain but that’s no biggie. I love that my skin is soft and I no longer have to put up with the 5 o’clock shadow or timing of when to shave because shaving the next day doesn’t always work so well when your hair is still too short.
I love Kellie and love her work. And I love chatting with her. Her office is always nice and tidy and you never have to wait for her. She’s always ready for you.

I came to Kellie after reading reviews on here and because I live in the area. I wanted to see what she could do about a keloid scar I have on my arm. I knew I could trust Kellie because she is a PA! When I got to my appointment Kellie greeted me and had me fill out some typical forms. When she looked at my scar she let me know there are no guarantees and everyone’s skin is different. She explained the procedure thoroughly and treated my scar. I showed her my toe that I had problems with for forever and she told me she could treat it as well. (She didn’t charge me for the extra injections!)
It’s been two weeks and my scar is looking amazing! My toe is also feeling better. She told me to wait 3 – 4 weeks to see full results but already my keloid scar is flattened! I am definitely going to use Kellie for any future treatments I need. Thanks for a great experience! Kellie is also really sweet and fun to talk to! We are lucky to have her in our neighborhood!

I have never been to see Kellie personally, but my boss goes to see her all the time. She lasers some of the bumps and blood vessels from her birthmark. She is so nice every time I come in to pick her up. The work she does is super effective, but it heals fast as well. And she is always there to answer any questions and/​or concerns you might have. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime. Hands down. Amazing work!

I have had dark spots, mostly on my cheeks, for many years. Over time, the spots have become darker and have multiplied. I have tried the OTC serums, lotions, creams, etc. without much success. I have never received professional treatment for my dark spots, so I was somewhat hesitant. But after reading her positive reviews on Unilocal,I decided to give her a call.
During my consultation, she explained to me the results from IPL treatments depend on a person’s skin type. Some are fortunate enough to see instant results only after one treatment. Others may take multiple treatments. We discussed the issue of my skin’s tendency to hyperpigment. I tan very easily (hardly ever burn), so I have a lot of melanin, which is not so great when you want to get rid of dark spots.
I have been seeing Kellie for 1 ½ years to treat my dark spots. I feel I am in very competent hands because I see that she is very dedicated and knowledgeable in her field. What I’ve learned about her is that she truly wants her clients to look their best.
It has been very challenging for both of us in tackling my dark spots. I have had to be very patient, but I realized that I don’t want to hurry this process because it is my face, and I prefer not to pursue other treatments that may be more invasive.
Kellie has been very diligent and conscientious in treating my dark spots to the point where they have diminished greatly. Before, I couldn’t even cover up my spots with make-​up, but now I feel free to go outside without make-​up, just some sunscreen. That has been very liberating for me.
Kellie is not rude or arrogant (as previous reviews may try to lead you to believe). Some customers are hard to please no matter how accommodating you are. If you are in doubt, all you have to do is meet and consult with her to see for yourself. All it will cost you is your time.

I had sun spots on my face, especially my cheeks, that bothered me for years. I tried facials and serums and peels but saw no difference. Finally I saw Kellie, and she told me she could get me results. I had a series of laser treatments and the results were unbelievable. My spots disappeared and my skin looked so clear. I have been going to Kellie for several years and in that time, have seen her for two additional touch-​up treatments on my cheeks (she explained that we all have trouble areas and my spots will reappear from time to time due to sun exposure. I recently spent a lot of time outdoors while training for a marathon, which meant some of my spots reappeared). I trust her completely and when/​if I feel the need for Botox or Juvederm, Kellie is who I will go to!

I’m happy to say that my laser hair removal that was done in 2009 has held up until now! I am still also loving my results from Latisse. It’s always great to find someone that loves what they’re doing and does it well. Especially when it comes to an area that has to do with appearance. Since 2009, I have referred many other of my friends/​family that love their results as well.
We make the trek to her from West Hollywood, through all the traffic. I think that speaks for itself!

This lady is very rude and arrogant. She has little customer service skills and not out for her customers best interest. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. It still doesn’t give you the right to speak to me in a rude way. If you look at the other reviewer on your site Kathy C in Orange she had wrote the same thing and had same issues with you. If you continue to have this attitude in business you will pretty soon see yourself out of business. Customer is always king and even if you can’t assist me it doesn’t give you the right to speak to me in a arrogant rude way. I hope you learn from all of this as some of the other reviews have posted similar issues so i am glad i am not the only one who experienced such nastiness.

I’m very picky when it comes to my face and hair. I do my research and make sure I’m getting the best of the best. Kellie is the best and I’ve been going to Kellie for years. She is very professional and honest… never ever tried to sell me anything I don’t need or make me feel pressured to do anything. I completely trust Kellie and I get compliments on my skin everyday. If you just want cheap whatever for your face, go somewhere else. If you want great quality professional service, you should give Astra Skin a try.
