American Painting & Window Cleaning

I called bob after seeing all the great reviews on Unilocal.He came out and gave me a quote that was 200 less then any other quote I recieved. I decided to give him a try based on his Unilocal reviews.
Unfortunatly he was a few hours late even though all his reviews stated he was on time for every job. Once he arrived I understand that even though I have 44 windows that are at minimum 6 over 6 if not 9 over 9 he was here less than 90 minutes.
When I arrived home The first Windows I saw were ones that a great evening sunset was beaming through. Unfortunatly the only thing I noticed was that every corner of the 9 over 9 Windows were dirty. On top of that the screens were filthy and the sills still had an inch of dirt on them.
In bobs defense I need to mention that
a. The windows were very dirty.
B. He did offer to come back and try again.
With all that said that’s not the point. I expected to come home and be over whelmed by the clean Windows. Instead I came home to my wife attempting to rectify a bad situation.
I guess I should have known that if it is to could to be true be careful.
