I’ve been bringing my Maserati QP to APC for many years. They are the best people to work with in the world. Very honest, reasonable, fair and great mechanics. I have had major repairs done here for my Maserati. All have been perfect and above expectations. Stuart Jr. is a man of his word and will take care of your car. Good place for most Italian cars including Ferrari, Maserati and Alfa Romeo. Pricing will always be way lower and better than the dealership. I am a fan of this place and have been for years. I have always been treated well here and will bring back my car for years to come.

I brought my 88 Alfa spider to Stewart Jr. And he Was responsive and very quick with the repairs. He listened and understood my immediate concerns. I was upfront and honest with him about the problem I was having and he was able to come through with my budget in mind. He didn’t try and haggle me for additional repairs he just wanted to address what he witnessed when looking over the car. I know a thing or two about cars and he was absolutely honest about what he discovered. As you may know there is no OBD2 on this car so diagnosing the problem is more than half the battle. If your looking for an Alfa mechanic look no further.

I’ve owned a variety of Alfa Romeos since 1968. I am very particular about who works on my cars. For more than 15 years I have used APC exclusively, and have been very satisfied with the service provided by them. They are professional, honest, fair, and very knowledgeable of Alfa Romeos. The also share a deep passion for the marque. The Sandemans are nationally renowned for their expertise.

We dropped off our vintage collectible car on ¹⁄₁₃ this shop was refereed by club member.
The bids price went up 4 times, over 100% more than the original bid. we should walk away at this point but we still believe they can do the job and was refereed by friend. so we agreed with one condition car must be ready for the show on time.
On 4÷29÷13 APC claim they can’t do job and demeans us to pick up the car the same day.
At this point our main concern was the safety of our car. We picked up our car on 4÷30÷13 and pay all fees they ask of us.
Leaving us with only 2 weeks to make it to car show.
Fortunately we found a professional in time and had car rebuilt, serviced in 5 days, ready for the show, and won.

I own an Alfa Spider. Recently, my car had experienced electrical problems and it became apparent that I had to get my switch box replaced. Also, had to fix the air con.
So, as any Alfa owner knows, knowledgable and fair mechanics are hard to come by. APC came highly recommended by several other owners on the Alfa forum, so I decided to give them a shot.
Below, I will chronicle my experience. I will try to be factual and leave my opinion for the end.
Dropped of my car and was told they’d call me in a day or two. Four days later decided to give them a call. They told me that they had just opened it up and would give me a call about details later.
They hadn’t called by day 7, so I decided to give them another ring. Steve gave me a heads up on the progress and apologized for not calling. They had been experiencing a high volume of business.
Day 14 I call them again. They say they’ve fixed the switch box and are starting on the air con. Apologized again that it was taking so long.
Got a call on day 21 that my car was ready. It took 3 weeks to complete the job. So, I went to pick it up that day. I paid nearly $ 1000 (which I thought was fair), for the completed job.
Not five miles away, I realized that the instrument panel and radio did not work. So I immediately called Steve back to ask why. I was told that the parts were bad and that it would cost $ 450 to fix the problems. He reccommended that I mull over my options and bring in the car at a later date if I want to get it fixed.
Here are my issues:
It took 3 weeks for the work to get «done.» All the while, I had to inquire about what was being worked on and how much I was on the hook for. I hate being pushy, but I think an update would be nice if it is promised. THE CAR LEFT WITH AS MANY PROBLEMS AS IT CAME IN WITH… I was annoyed that they knew there were issues but let me drive off the premises without them being fixed. FOR THE RECORD, I HAD HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH THESE TWO SYSTEMS BEFORE I DROPPED OFF THE CAR. I understand that this car is 20 years old, but I think it’s more than coincidental that two electronic systems go down after you do some electrical work.
So, pondering what recourse I have, I have come to the conclusion that I will no longer be giving this establishment my business and would encourage others to do the same. After spending $ 1000, I was expecting more. More courtesy, more punctuality, and more honesty.

I would never take my 2003 Maserati Coupe anywhere else. He always a reasonable solution to some of the issues that come up with these cars, much more so than the dealer. Eddie is easy to deal with, he is incredibly knowledgeable, and he has great prices. You can’t go wrong!
