S & J CD Duplication

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The product is great quality, fast turn around, great prices and superb, and i mean SUPERB customer service. They know their clients by name, they will call you and help you if there is a problem, they are professional, prompt with responses, and on top of that they are super nice. I live in California and I so don’t mind paying extra $ 20.00 or so for shipping just to know that i am well taken care of. I just had my second album printed here and I don’t see my self going anywhere else any time soon.

After trudging through the rigamarole of the large DVD printing houses online, getting the runaround, waiting for responses, feeling unimportant, in swoops Jeff from S & J, knocking out all my needs, on-​time, with detailed communication, attention, and updates along the way. As long as they don’t go changing, I will go nowhere else in the future, and will, without hesitation, recommend them everywhere.

I’ve made a lot of CDs in the past 15 years and used a number of different manufacturers including the big ones like Dis*makers. I use S & J, in spite of the fact that they are all the way across the country from me because:
They are completely competitive in price with anyone –including the largest companies
They pay attention to details –they recognize problems when they occur and fix them. I’ve had one large company print jackets WITH THE TEMPLATE LAYER STILL ON! 1000 CDs showed up with the word «TEMPLATE» on top of the art on the front! Are they even looking at these jobs? I can’t imagine this type of error ever coming out of S&J. They actually look at the work and will question anything that looks odd to them.
Personal attention –I deal with the owner, Jeff Fravela, who actually works on my jobs. He calls me when there’s a problem and will work with me to make the job right. (Some of these big companies will make you reload all your files when all that has to be done is nudging an element over a pixel or a layer turned off) Jeff takes care of the simple stuff that I can’t believe some of these other companies will throw back in my lap.
I like dealing with a small, private/​family-​owned company
I’ve done half a dozen CDs with S&J now and they are my go to shop. This company rocks.
