History

Established in 2000.

Reel Attraction Charters was started by Captain Ronnie Black. Captain Black is a 4^th generation fisherman along the Alabama Gulf Coast and is a native to the area. Captain Black spent the majority of his life on the coast as a commercial fisherman as did his father and so on. Over the years as the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan areas started to grow bringing in visitors from all around, Captain Black realized that fishing is what he loved and what better way to do it is by taking others on his excursions. So this started Reel Attraction Charters. Today Captain Black invites you to not only fish but catch fish and do it with some of the most curtious, friendly, family oriented folks on the Alabama Gulf Coast. We love to fish and our passion is fueled by seeing our customers catch that fish of a lifetime.

Welcome, I am Captain Ronnie Black. A professional Inshore Fishing Charter Guide here on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Alabama Fishing is in my blood and of all the places I have conducted fishing trips, Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama areas, are at the top of my list. Having a successful Alabama fishing trip every time we leave the dock is my goal. Satisfied customers with large smiles, fuel my motivation. I devote all my time preparing, planning and conducting fishing Charters along the Alabama Gulf Coast.

I have worked on all types off charter boat vessels for the past 30 years.

I have fished from the southern most tip, off Florida’s coast around Dry Tortuga’s Island to the Texas waters. I’ve been fishing the Alabama Gulf Coast my entire life. I take pride in all my fishing charters and pledge to all my customers an enjoyable, safe and action packed fishing trip with Reel Attraction Charters.
