Meh. Prices are reasonable for a dealership and no city sales tax but I’ve waited HOURS for an oil change before. You’re kind of stuck there since it’s in the middle of nowhere.
Last visit, I had to have extensive work done and they did allow me to use a company car for 24 hours. That was very helpful since I work night time hours.
Staff is pretty friendly.

Best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. There was no back and forth with our trade in value, they it the nail on the head first shot! Roseanne was the best! It a bit of a drive but well worth it

I purchased my 2012 Ford Fusion from here and it was one of the best experiences ever! I was debating on getting a f150 or a Fusion, and after my research I decided that I’d like to get the Fusion. I live in Phoenix and this dealership is roughly 2 hours from me… going back and forth is no option for me. They made it so easy I didn’t have to.
The one thing that made it a no brainier for me was that you don’t pay city sales tax!!! I’m already saving money before I even get there! I was able to work out all of the numbers over email and when it was time to get the car, I simply drove there, traded in my old car, signed the papers and drove off in my new car. It took maybe an hour for the entire process.
I was helped by Patrice, store manager, who knew her stuff and was really nice to work with. She made the entire process fun and easy, I will definitely come back and do business here in the future.

I bought a used car from this small dealership out in the middle of nowhere, 100 miles from Phoenix. During the car purchase process, I was reminded by the sales manager and the sales person on two separate occasions, that they were taking a loss on the car. I found this to be horribly unprofessional, as I did not want to know what their financial investment was in the car. I also believe they intentionally did not give their best service, based on the profitability of the sale. They claimed they couldn’t change the oil at that time and wouldn’t spring for an extra $ 8 to fill the tank with high octane. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
