Our refrigerator went out on a Tuesday night. Light was out, no digital display, and it was clear that it was not cooling. We set up an appointment with
only to find that it wouldn’t take place for 2 ½ weeks, that the service call alone would cost $ 120 (which we’d have to pay even if the fridge was completely dead), and the time range they might show up on the date of our appt was between 8am and 5 pm (how convenient…).
So we called into the local store and they recommended TJs. We are glad they did. They sent someone out that day who clearly knew what he was talking about, was able to diagnose the problem in less than 15 mins, ordered the part, and installed it the next day in less than 15 mins all at a significantly less expensive price than the same service as offered by Sears. If you have an appliance that breaks, call TJ’s.
