I was in Auburn visiting with a rental car. After I was in a bad accident where my car was totalled I was understandably a little dazed. Not only did they seem reluctant to even give me a business card as they towed my vehicle, I had left some personal belongings in the car and I spent days trying to reach them. Finally I reached them when I had gone back to where I’m from and they would make no effort to return my personal belongings.
Clearly horrible service, it’s a shame Auburn Police use this company in Opelika instead of the 4+ collision/tow companies in Auburn.
