Manager

Tracy McLain has been a property manager in the Chattanooga area for over 14 years managing mature properties in East Chattanooga and Newer Luxury Communities in North Chattanooga. She prides herself on giving great customer service to her residents and doing everything she can to make sure her residents love where they live. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1992. She has served on the Chattanooga Apartment Association Board as an Executive Officer for 14 years. She was recognized by the Chattanooga Apartment Association as Property Manager of the Year in 2013 and her property was recognized with Best of the Best in 2013. She has been happily married for 17 years and has three sons. She is a dog lover
