History

Established in 2014.

One of the dreams that Rachelle and Jaime had together launched in July, 2014. Mixed Up Cup was only the fifth business that settled into the brand new Cambridge Square complex on Lee Highway and Ooltewah-​Ringgold Road in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Mixed Up Cup is committed to offering a menu based on fresh, clean, premium ingredients. They deliver an experience that is healthy, relaxed and fun. Initially, Mixed Up Cup launched its line of delightful frozen yogurt and a wide array of toppings. Now their menu has expanded to include craft juices, sumptuous smoothies, fresh salads, hot soups and great humus wraps.

I grew up in the restaurant business and it has never really ever left me. I’ve been a professional athlete, a chef and a health food representative. I’ve loved it all. It has all come together in Mixed Up Cup. We’re all about being healthy and enjoying all of the benefits.
