Established in 2013.

I started Zara Threading & beauty salon in march of 2016. very satisfactory clients, my business and staff is very welcoming. Highly trained staff and friendly service is my aim. After having satisfactory results from my first venture, I dared to open this new location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA with a promise to deliver same service to all new and old clients

Casey is absolutely the best, always when I go to her, she does exactly what I want. You can count on her with anything. She has my trust when it comes to my hair and I’m really picky. She has done my color, haircuts and extensions and each time I get blown away with her skills.

If i could give this place zero stars, i would!!! Worst eyebrow threading ever, i dont even know why the name is «Zara Threading» they definitely do not specialize in threading. Yesterday me and my cousin gave this place a second try, although they messed up our eyebrows the first time, we thought maybe it was just that one time but NOPE, WE WERE WRONG!!! Only reason we came to this place is because The Eyebrow Gallery (located on Mountain and Philadelphia) was closed (they do a great job btw). But anyways both times that i have been here the two women are very rough, they rush, and they left my eyebrows UNEVEN both times! One of my eyebrows barely looked like she shaped it at all, i had to tell her what to do to make it look better. And my cousins eyebrows were horrible, she complete took off the tail (ending) of her eyebrow on one side. DONT WASTE YOUR 8 $ HERE on eyebrow threading! They dont know what they’re doing at all!

Yesterday I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. I was in and out about 20 mins. Very polite and friendly staff. I liked their service so much, I returned in the afternoon to get my sons hair cut. Cassie did a great job!!! My son liked his new haircut.
Then today, I was curious about their henna tattoos. Went in to ask questions and get a price for a henna. I showed Bobbie a picture and she gave me an amazing deal. Couldn’t but get a half sleeve. Bobbie is a great artist and very patient and kind. I am not one to post reviews, but this place deserves it. All are great at what they do. I recommend this place to everyone. One stop place for all you beauty and pampering needs.

Honestly this place is whatever. They are way over priced for their service. They are alright with eyebrows and I’ve seen the hair service and it’s nothing fancy honestly. When they rush to help the next customer they do a half ass job with threading and they skip the lil massage.

I decided to try out this place since it’s very close to my house. I was very pleased at how Ruby listened to what I wanted as far as my eyebrows. I’ve been in the growing out process so I asked for little clean up. She did exactly what I asked her to do. Good thing I decided to try out this little place. Will be going back in a couple weeks. I also noticed it was clean and nicely decorated.

Since my last review, I’ve seen Casey MANY times and I still love what she does. I always leave satisfied and feeling beautiful. My daughter also gets her hair done by Casey and is extremely happy.
One more thing, the salon occasionally offers great discounts and promotions, sign up.

I went to get eyebrows done here, since it’s so close to my house. It took 15 minutes and the next day my eyebrow stung and I had scabs surrounding my brows. NEVER again.

I’m extremely picky with my hair. Cauee its thick. Wont always lay right etc. But I trust casey 100 percent !! to my color cuts styling everything. She is truely talented at what she she does with any job. Give her a try!

Just had my eyelashes done and very unsatisfied about it. The eyelashes made my eyes look tired and the chemical they use irritate my eyes. Please never try their hair service. I had my hair shampooed there and the lady who shampoo my hair did not wash my hair but just put the shampoo on and rinse. After all the shampoo was still on my hair. She also has very unprofessional hair drying skill.
Horrible service and horrible technique and I walked out with disappointment and frustration.

Hated this place! Elena cut my hair and went against everything I had asked for. I asked for long layers, U shaped line for it to fall into, and 2 inches off. Elena insisted on doing a «ponytail» cut. I was against it telling her exactly what I wanted. She assured me that she knew what I wanted and that this «ponytail» cut would be exactly what I wanted. She through my hair up in a pony tail and chopped off almost 7 inches. I started panicking and telling her that she was cutting too much. She laughed and said «We should probably call this the heart attack cut.» I was mortified. The ombré I recently had done was all cut off. I told her I didn’t like it and she insisted that I would get used to it. I will NEVER come here again!
