Great customer service! I was able to rent a vehicle last minute at an affordable rate compared to other car rental agencies near the airport. They also were able to shuttle me to and from the train station. Great vehicles, great service and great price.

Found a great deal for a minivan for a weekend getaway with the family. We made, and paid, for the reservation online before going to pick it up. When we arrived about 2 – 3 hours after making the reservation, we were initially told that they did not have our reservation, and that they do not accept same day reservations. After a few minutes of looking, they found our reservation and just happened to have a cancellation that day on a van, so we lucked out. They told us that they would give us a van that they normally used to transport people to and from the airport. When the van pulled up, we inspected it with one of the employees and noticed quite a few dings and scratches on the outside, and that it could have used some detailing on the interior. Before we took off, I noticed that the van was only ¼ filled with gas, even though the rental agreement that they gave me said it was full. One of the employees was courteous enough to go fill it up… well, he said fill it up, but returned the van just over ¾ full of gas about 20 minutes later. The guys were nice enough to offer me water while I waited. I was just happy to finally get on the road about an hour after showing up. The van did smell a little stale/​stuffy, so we put a febreeze clip in one of the vents to freshen it up. The van drove well, was roomy, held all of our bags, and was good on gas. Returning the van was hassle free. Although we got off to a rocky start, I would not mind giving this company another chance because of the good deal (a little over $ 200 for four days).

Man these guys are so helpful! It was our anniversary weekend this past weekend and we were stranded at the airport with no rental luckily the guy help me an referred me to united rental! So they are a bit pricey but they don’t credit check and Daniel one of the managers made my weekend so much more better with his service. The price didn’t matter?! An then returning they took us back to the airport to meet our ride but the whole way there Andres had great conversation with us as well. I would definitely pay a Lil more cause they have such great service! Thanks again guys!

Ewwwww, smelly car.
The car was not clean and it smelled like someones dirty socks! Yuck! Big mistake.

rent somewhere else is right!!! Horrible customer service. car had 90,000 miles on it. overcharged me 150 bucks. car was dirty. left my prada sunglass case in car. nobody called but they had it when I called 2 days later. enterprise would have called to tell me. at least it was only the case but I would never rent from here again!!! YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR!!! THIS COMPANY IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THAT!!! I would give no stars but it forces me to give one and not to sound offensive but wendy, michele and deanna had bad review. good review from Amir. everyone there is middle eastern. I guess Amir has better luck than us american female customers, just saying!

Check BB and Attorney Generals office before Renting. Poor customer service, poor quality cars, they change their weekly rates even with contract …
Not knowing the law, they made us buy insurance from tbem at 38 dollars a day even after having our own policy .
After renting from this company on business for 7 weeks, the manager Tom without any warning Had a employee Repossess our car, after we Received a email from the company confirming our return.
While walking the beach in Carmel we returned to the car, to find it GONE, with all our belongings including our wallet, id, banking info, laptop computer, iPads left us stranded 600 miles in the middle of nowhere … over 18,000 in merchandise, as well as refusing to return my things including my credit cards. The staff would not give us their name, I had to hire an attorney to find out the manager Toms name. We are stranded and victimized by this company. We are without choice to file theft criminal charges against this company.

We reserved a minivan, but they «had an accident». I ended up with a «complimentary upgrade» to an SUV. The SUV was old, not well kept and smelled of smoke. Someone had tried to siphon off gas (they knew) and the hose broke in the gas tank, which they did not know. That made it impossible to fill gas.
On the other hand, the price was great and the car worked. The employees were friendly and efficient.
I would not rent from here again IF there was a cost effective alternative.

The cars are filthy. I dont think our car had been washed in months! Our rental smelled like a cigarette. The employees are rude and clueless.

I really had many good experience with this guys. The rate is great and the staff are extremely friendly. I have been renting cars from this company for the last 6 years and i never had any problem. Great Auto rental in orange county. I definitely recommend them.
