History

Established in 1987.

Mary Ann Teders is an Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. She began her business in 1987 with herself as the only tax preparer, and one bookkeeper. Since then she has grown the business to include 7 Enrolled Agents. We have also expanded the bookkeeping business, and prepare payroll as well.

I don’t normally write reviews as you can see from my profile but I do want to spend the time acknowledging Priscilla from Teders.
I’ve been filing my taxes with Priscilla for about 8 years. She’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The first time we met was just over a casual conversation about real estate taxes for my personal situation. The next thing I know Priscilla came back with articles cutout from her research and how it can help my situation for free!
This time around, another casual conversation like we always have about a new venture I’m starting. I’m so grateful that I share my plan with Priscilla because she was able to help me navigate away from a decision that could have cost me greatly.
Anyway, if you’re looking for someone who you can trust with your finance and taxes I highly recommend Priscilla Lerma from this office.

I just did my taxes. We have been using them for the past 5 years and they make it as painless as possible. The staff are great and really friendly. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and quick.
Make your appointments early, they do fill up fast. ASK a lot of questions and bring in all your receipts, they will help you organize them for the maximum amount of deductions.
