Why did it take 45 minutes to make my clover iced coffee? Absolutely terrible staff, extremely rude and it seemed like drive through was moving swiftly and everyone else in that time period that ordered after me was definitely attended way before I was. Doesn’t make sense, what happened to sequencing the drinks? All I heard was «who’s making these clover iced coffees?». What would have really been awesome is if someone didn’t just ask «who’s going to make the drink» but rather instead pick up the damn drink and make it yourself so that I’m not waiting for 45 minutes. My drink was also extremely weak tasting. Someone needs to give them an attitude adjustment. Tried it once to see what the big deal was about and extremely disappointed, I won’t be coming back

One thing, you must be patient with this Starbucks, because you at Ontario mills. This is not the coffee shop by the colleges you used to go, the ppl here will take their time cause you have nowhere else to go and you just spend half hr to find parking. So take a deep breath, I’m still in line too, lol

This Starbucks gets busy fast. It is in the heart of Ontario Mills, a fairly large outlet mall.
My friend and I frequent Starbucks often. We hit this place twice during our many hours shopping at this mall.
Baristas are friendly. Our first order consisted of a venti mint majesty tea, ice cream-​shaped sugar cookie, and a tall s’mores frappuccino. I had the latter, which was yummy.
Several hours later, we went back to rehydrate. We got hot water for her tea and I ordered a grande iced peach green tea. It hit the spot.
Our first visit allowed us to sit in the café. The second time had us sitting on a bench in the mall.
Bring your patience if it’s the later the day and you need your fix.

Decent service. Friendly employees. Same ol drinks.
I feel like this particular Starbucks is always damn busy

I came here for a passion tea lemonade even though I desperately wanted coffee. Parking was sparse but I did get one. The store and patio were nearly full but no one was in line or even waiting for drinks. The batista quickly took my order and his coworker then filled it. I was in and out faster than any drive thru location ever visited. Was happily surprised.

I have been stopping here since my office moved down the street. It has been deathly slow every single time. The workers are so busy interacting with each other that the appear to forget they have guest waiting. Also, if you are going to discuss how filthy your bathrooms are, you should not do it in front of costumers. Save that conversation for back of house.
I pass several starbucks on my way to work, i will not need to stop at this anymore.

Have Gold Coast Coffee within the retail store, but will be surprised when you ask for a Gold Coast… they will not make a pour over, but will offer Veranda Blend…

Walked and I was greeted right away! They are so nice. After ordering the girl and joking around and made me feel comfortable!!! Awesome Starbucks

Great coffee every time. Though it may be a busy location, the wait is sure worth it.

This Starbucks location is near my employer, making it my default location. Thus, making me a regular. Since becoming a daily coffee drinker, in half a years time… The staff here is attentive and pick up on whom you are and your drink preference. I sometimes drive out of the way to this location for that very reason. One more thing about the staff, they do hustle. Cathy, Rachael, Lisa, Omar to name a few, they all move FAST and anticipate your order. Don’t be so quick to judge the staff. Newly hired employees go through learning period, I encountered that first hand and wasn’t pleased at first. I realized, I was once like that too, learning all the different possible combination of drinks to be ordered at Starbucks. As patrons are often the problem too, unskilled in ordering or plain ordering something for their entire family or work colleagues! There isn’t a ten items or less aisle, perhaps there should be. Which, leads to ordering from your mobile, a new feature on iPhones. Yay! Makes this Starbucks even more special. If you do have a problem, simply speak to the manager and make her aware, I did and she took care of my situation. There’s no need to denigrate the business. Just a tip for all you grumpy folks.

Starting to have a problem with this location. The day before I ordered a blonde coffee that came out cold. Suppose to be nice and hot the way I ordered it. Today I asked for a Vente Americano with steamed cream and I got a little 2% milk that just tasted nasty. Come on Starbuck’s.

I’m in line. Horrible service. Long line. slow af. Long wait. The «baristas» seem to be having fun while customers wait. Hire people who need their jobs. Just saying…

Busy location but they couldn’t move any slower if they tried. Not enough or not efficient enough help.

Love this Starbucks!!! They always make my drink extra sweet and I like that :) Would definitely recommend going to this one out of all the other Starbucks in the area. Plus, it’s never really busy because it’s a little hidden :)

Same coffee as any other Starbucks, but my overall experience was just weird. The lay out of how one of the cabinets was, ended up blocking the center of the store. It seemed that no matter where I stood I was in someone’s way. Then, the workers were really slow and it became confusing to the people ahead of me if they were being called to the register or not.

This is my favorite Starbucks. They always seem to get my drink order just right. When compared to other Starbucks, this location has about eight tables and a drive through. It’s busy, but not overly busy so you don’t have to wait very long. They have all the food items and all the non coffee items that most Starbucks have.

This place is pretty good. Would give it a five star but it seems like their restroom is always dirty. They must clean it once a day, every other day. I love the workers here, they seem happy and I can tell they enjoy working together. Kind of makes me wish u worked there. I noticed here that when u ask for extra caramel, they give u EXTRA caramel; it’s awesome! I will be coming here more often for the drinks… I just hope I don’t have to use their restroom

I come here because it is normally not as busy as the drive thru Starbucks on the other side of the mall. Note, no drive thru here.
The food is good for how quick it is ready and the service here is genuine and friendly.
