So Cal Express Car Wash

I LOVE this car wash! This is my GO TO car wash every single time & it’s a plus that it’s down the street from my house. They have different options and pricing depending on what option you want, I usually always get the $ 6 one but since I just purchased a new car I’m probably going to start doing the premium. It’s fast, convenient & it cleans my car the way I want. It saves you sooo much time and i definitely recommend it! Also they have great customer service.

Was a little worried about going here from the reviews of cars being scratched, so was worried about taking my new car here, but took a chance anyways. Pulled up, attendant helps me because it’s my first time, I get the LAVA which I guess is the best one. I go with the dash wipe, I’m not really into air fresheners. A cool thing with my recipe I could go back within 2 weeks I believe and get the same wash for half off during a certain time !! Good deal, and pretty legit wash, obviously you would wanna do the drying in all the jams yourself

For the 30 second of interaction i had with the car wash attendant how could i get bad customer service? Well i did i lulled up to where you get to choose either a wipe or air freshener i chose a vanilla scented air freshener… Ugh it stunk. I should have chosen the wipe. Anyways back to the attendant i saw he was all smiles and chit chatting with the car in front of me but as soon as i pulled up i was greeted with a dirty look i was waiting for my car to go into the machine i waiting till i had to put it on neutral when he started up the nachine and my car made a funny noise i guess that was the point where i needed tp put it on neutral and he got mad at me like if it was my fault. Um your the one controlling the machine LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN PUT IT ON NEUTRAL. anyways i got an ugly look from him and attitude. I wont be coming mw bck. I didnt reliaze they didnt have a place to vaccumm until i was through the gates. Nothing fancy just a regular car wash. I rather go to my usual car wash on 4^th st and vineyard. Oh and i didnt mention i drove out of my way to try this place

As my first time going to an automatic car wash, I was a tad nervous. My car is brand new and black so the tiniest scratches will show. As I pulled up to pay I was debating on which package to choose from and thankfully a nice man named Ruben helped me out! He suggested that I get the premium and ask to leave the wipers (I forgot what they’re called) off so that my car won’t get scratched, so for anyone else that was worried about that, there’s a little tip! The customer service was absolutely great and I would come back any time I’m in the area.

Great service, great everything! I pay the monthly fee for 2 vehicles, worth it! I go at least 2x a week since both my vehicles are black, not just a convenient but also a great deal.

So Cal Express Car Wash is amazing! I have gone to a few drive-​thru car wash places over the years, but my car never looked so clean before going to So Cal Express Car Wash. I paid $ 6 and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. The exterior is shiny with nothing left behind… like bird droppings. I highly recommend this place.

Fast quick, no where to vacuum your car tho. Early Bird morning 7−8am. $ 9 for v the best wash

Rubin was so nice. I did not know how to pay and bring my car in, he help me pay and give me direction how to park my car, he also help me remove the bike rack so I can have it wash in the back. It was good experience to get service here

Update review, the coupon is expired after actually reading it lol, but it happened to work the other day is why I didn’t think it would be an issue, regardless the dude working was doing his job the right way, thanks for the prompt response.

I arrived before the $ 3 happy hour. So, I gladly paid the regular price of $ 6. I asked the attendant if the wash would remove the bird poop– he said yes, but it didn’t. Bummer. Other than that– the car looked clean and happy.

Never ever am I coming back to this place again. Mike the sorry excuse for a night shift leader pretty much told me I was dumb. I asked a basic question in regards to inserting the bill & he hit me w/​a ‘use common sense.’ I’m a firm believer in contributing to a local business but never again will I ever spend one more cent here & I will be sure to let all my friends & family know as well. There are too many car wash businesses to be receiving insults ANYWHERE. I hope you guys take this in consideration as well. We work to damn hard to contribute to a company that does not value paying consumers.

I love coming here for happy hour. Honestly, it’s super cheap and fast. I tend to come after 8, because the happy hour line has died down by then. Also, the staff here is always really nice.

This place gets really crowded during happy hour. I went at around 6:50PM, not quite the 7:00PM mark for the $ 3 happy hour car wash. I then decided to park my car just to wait a little bit. Behold, a few minutes later, lines of cars right behind me and I can’t get out to get in line. Thankfully the guy working there was directing the cars and he helped me get in line. The same guy then went to every car, offering a free car air freshener. I got the piña colada which smells delicious (I usually hate car air freshener)! Drove to the paying station, paid the $ 3 standard wash and watch my car gets cleaned without breaking a sweat. I left with clean exterior and fresh piña colada smelling interior, love it! can’t wait to bring my other car here.

The lines here are long, but that’s not something to complain about. Why? Because you’d expect any place that provides and excellent product/​service to have a long line… right?
I gladly wait to get my car washed here. I always take advantage of the «Happy Hour» car washes, where you can get the standard wash for $ 3.00 and save a few bucks on each upgrade all the way to the highest package. Since I’m saving money, I’ll usually opt for the mid-​level package, and enjoy a high quality clean for a non high quality price.
The little air fresheners they give you here are VERY strong, and last at least a week. If you opt for the complimentary dash wipe, one actually WILL clean off the dust off your entire dash board (and I’ve got an SUV, so that’s a LOT of dash to clean off).
Although you can merely drive up, choose your wash options and pay, they do have employees that will walk around asking if you’d like assistance.

Gets the job done when I don’t have time for a full on hand wash and I’m always happy w/​the results!

Had no idea this was right under my nose the whole time. This place is awesome if you need a high quality quick exterior wash. It is a drive thru car wash so you’ll have to do the interior on your own. But for under $ 10 and their happy hour special of $ 3 you can’t beat it. This is the best drive thru car wash in the area, and I will definitely be coming back.
One thing to note: If you have rims on your car, be careful when you get the wash with the tire dressing. It makes the tires look great but the solution gets on the rims too, so you have to wipe them down immediately after washing. The solution wipes off the rims easily with a damp cloth, as long as you clean it up right away. They also offer a monthly unlimited car wash pass for under $ 20 which i’m seriously considering buying.

Good enough for smaller cars, not so much for bigger SUVs.
I had taken my civic about a week ago and for $ 10 bucks it did a decent job. I decided to take my SUV today, I was happy pulling out thinking a few water drops ain’t bad. I got home thinking I’d give it a small wipe down. You know to clear up the water drops. Come to find out the back lift gate was almost completely missed, still dirty as if I didn’t even wash it…
I will run my SUV again this weekend and give it another shot… But still I can always save on the smaller car by using this location again.
Understanding the value of each and every customer is the most important part of operating a business. This owner reached out to me and for that I feel I’m valued as a customer, I will definitely be returning to try my SUV

Summary in one sentence: bad customer service, their machine scratched my brand new fully loaded mercedes c300 car I got with my own hard earned cash
I’m going to start off saying I’m a business owner. I 100% believe in customer service and this was one of the worst experiences I had.
I got the car two weeks ago, went here last week for a car wash thought it was awesome, cheap price, in and out real quick, and they give nice air freshners, seemed good. Then I went home and saw many minor scratches on my car and a big one on the rear side. I thought someone might have accidentally walked along and scratched the side of my car
Went in today, guy working it was rude. Got the car wash and went in to inquire about monthly car wash deal they had for 16 dollars
The female owner seemed nice and was pleasant to talk to, at first. I asked how often they change up the brushes and rotating mop heads for the machine since they collect dirt and become abrasive and may scratch the car
She replied we never have changed them we bought this machine from Penske mercedes it’s only used for high end cars
I was like ok so it shouldn’t scratch cause I came here last week and I thought I might have gotten a scratch from the machine so we walked out to see the scratch but while walking out I saw a scratch on the other side now!
I showed her and she said that’s weird and kept inspecting it and started talking nonsense to me that I should carry my own towels to wipe my car, stuff that did not apply to the problem present
I’m a business owner and I respect other owners so I asked her how can we fix this problem very politely
She replied I can give you two free car wash tickets, I said if it’s scratching my car and you can’t fix the problem I don’t think I would want to come back
She then started talking rudely and saying how she doesn’t want customers like me that I will cause her problems.
I’m the problem cause I’m asking how to fix scratched on my car from their machine! Ridiculous. I told her thank you very much and called my credit card company and cancelled the transaction right away. I won’t give my money to a business that is incompetent and can not fix their problems
Rude Service and multiple scratched, politely gave them a chance to fix their problem, was rudely spoken to that I would be problems from them.

The BEST drive thru car wash I know of is the El Segundo 5 Minute Carwash but when I’m home this place comes close. This car wash is only $ 5 and they have happy hour twice a day, every day for $ 3! There are no vacuums available and you can get a monthly unlimited package for $ 14.99.
With the Unilocal check in, you get three air freshener stickers and a dash wipe that works really well. It takes off all the dust and leaves no lint. I wish they would give you two: p
