Nita Davis 100%!! She is wonderful to work with! She took a sincere interest in me and my career interest. She is very professional and easy to communicate with. After our interview she called me back within 24hrs and had a job for me (crazy fast and a bit out of the norm –but hey it worked out PERFECT for me). What I loved most about the job she connected me with is, it is not just some ‘filler job’, it was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend :)

There still a waste of time. All this agency really is good for is sending emails to jobs that I never can get interviewed for. Have over 10 years experience in a call center and sales and still no offers, nothing. I’ve interviewed with them 3 different times with 3 different of their «Account Executives». There all smiles, generous and all but at the end they shake your hand and say «we’ll be in touch with you» yeah right! It’s a waste of time for someone like myself who is determined and eager to work. Seems like they only want people ages 22 – 26 with 30 years of experience.

It appears I am the only one that has had a bad experience with Robert Half Finance. I was contacted by Brigitte Mendez by phone, I am assuming from a resume I posted because I never applied to Robert Half. She had me come in and do an interview with her. When I went to the office I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for her to come meet with me.
Just as I was getting up to leave she came strolling out and introduced herself. She asked me for my resume even though I had e-​mailed it to her and I told her that. She excused herself to go and print it out. When she came back and glanced at my resume she asked me where I worked and what I did there, here’s a clue, it’s on the resume.
After explaining to her what I did and the fact I don’t hold an accounting degree her body language, crossing her arms in front of her on the table, holding her shoulders bunched up against her neck, basically told me she was finished with the whole process and that I wasn’t going to be considered for anything. Even though I have over 20 years of accounting experience I felt I wasn’t going to get any help from Robert Half.
If I had felt more comfortable with Brigitte I would have opened up more about what my goals were and I would have wanted to hear how she could help me achieve those goals. My vision of what a recruiting agency does is to help people find employment and if necessary to do some coaching and making suggestions on resume writing to get the person a job. Maybe my vision is not reality but I had never used an employment agency to get a job and literally needed to be taken by the hand and have an explanation of exactly what a recruiter does at an agency.
What I got out of the interview was a cold and sterile environment that didn’t seem to want to help me find a job, temporary or permanent, but was more interested in the fact that I didn’t seem to fit what Robert Half regards as a viable highly valued professional person.
The final blow, as I was leaving she told me to continue looking and applying for jobs online. I have never heard from her or Robert Half since.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and everyone that has asked me about this place has gotten my honest opinion and that opinion is don’t bother.
The funny thing is Brigitte contacted me and made me feel as if I were important enough to talk to about getting a position. Once again, I never contacted Robert Half therefore she gave me a false sense of hope of getting a job when she called me.

I spent countless hours on the Internet searching for jobs. I filled out endless applications and still didn’t hear back from very many of the companies I applied to. It wasn’t until my father recommended me to the recruiter he had worked with for so many years that my luck changed.
After having a quick conversation with Brigitte Mendez, she asked if I could stop by for a quick pre-​interview. We met the following day and discussed what type of job I was looking for, and what skills I could bring to the table. Brigitte had an amazing presence and made it very clear that she would find me a job not only quickly, but also a job she knew I would enjoy working at.
I was extremely impressed with how the rest of the process went. Brigitte called me regularly with updates on which companies were interested in my resume and she ensured that I expressed mutual interest in them before she went forward with scheduling an interview. I was given the names of 8 or so companies and I eventually chose to interview with two that I had a genuine interest in working for. (None of these companies posted their job opportunities online)
This was such a huge difference from the time I spent looking through online job postings. Not only did I suddenly have access to so many more companies with openings, I really felt that I had someone on my team to help find me a job.
Now it’s been 5 months with my new job. I feel extremely lucky to be here. Brigitte sent me a letter of congratulations during my the first week at the office and she has checked up with me regularly to see if I am still enjoying my job.
I would recommend this to anyone who is frustrated with their current job and needs someone to help them find new opportunities or to anyone who, like me, was fed up with those endless hours of online applications. Just ask for Brigitte Mendez and she will find you an amazing job within no time!

I was recently hired full-​time for a position that I had been seeking for a long time. I could not have done it with Akia Morgan. She was so professional and timely which made the whole process very easy and seamless.

I contacted Robert Half sometime in September or October 2013 because I had been applying to jobs like crazy and was receiving no calls. I met with Stacy Lett after seeing some positions she had posted online. She got back to me quickly and by the end of the month she had scheduled one interview for me. The position however was not for me and both the interviewer and I agreed. Stacy continued to forward me emails of positions she thought I might be interested in. We had been having no luck due to my experience, most companies were not willing to interview me even with a Masters degree. Then in January 2014, Stacy emailed me about a position that she was able to secure an interview for me. She made me feel like I could handle any interview and that I was good enough for that job. She told me the hiring managers were impressed with my resume and that made me feel good. I had one interview and then was called for a second interview. About a week after my first interview I was offered the position. I couldn’t have been any happier. Stacy believed in my potential, she knew what type of job I could take on and be successful in. Working with Octavia brown to seek better employment opportunities is a boon. Her mentoring skills molding me into an interviewing machine. Her regularly communicating what is going on with the entirety of the hiring processes kept my emotions on an even keel, allowing me to interview better. Octavia promised to hastily find me good opportunities and she did. I went on two interviews and landed a job. Octavia’s commitment to excellence is outstanding and her team follows in her footsteps. Octavia and Bridget increased my annual revenue and made the transitioning to a new position delightful.
