I was very pleased with the purchase of my Prius. I just finished paying it off and I couldn’t be happier with the car or the service.
Christy gave me great customer service. I had some issues due to a divorce after buying the car and she was very understanding of the situation and extremely helpful. She was always quick to respond to my calls and very accommodating. Great customer service.
I would definitely purchase a car from Randy’s again. Thank you for everything Christy!

ZERO STAR! These guys are so rude, means really rude and terrible. Believe me, I asked to negotiate for $ 25 000 vehicle just $ 500 less, old guy name ‘zee’ literally put the hands towards door and asked me to leave. And it was just first question and in only 2 minutes. May be they are one of those stereotypes who judge people by their skin color.
Avoid this dealership. I’m glad it did not work out. I would go to regular car dealer no matter what. No more this auto shop type dealer. NO WONDER WHY HIS LOT DOES NOT HAVE SPACE TO PARK. HAVE FUN WITH THAT ‘RARE’ PIECE OF ART YOU HAVE GOT!!!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I bought my car here and put $ 7000 over half down. They charged me 50% interest. They ended up taking my car when I had 6 months of payments because of late fees. Apparently I had $ 1000 in late fee accrued over the 3.5 years I had my car. They wouldn’t accept the money due they wanted almost $ 2000 and for me to resign another lease for the remaining $ 1000 I owed which was all interest. So they wanted me to pay interest on my interest. They basically ripped me off for $ 14,000 I had paid towards the car.

Even after my history with Randys I decided to give them 3 stars. As long as you show up with a down payment (2−5k) you will leave there with a car. Do research on any vehicle you purchase (which you should do for any dealer). Customer service just depends on who you talk to. Mark always has an attitude and I hated dealing with him, l understand you probably deal with some crazy people but that is no reason to look down on anyone. While waiting to make a payment I would listen to how he talked to potential buyers and it blew me away, I purchased my car with Zee and thank god because if I got Mark as my salemen I would have walked out. Cristy is and always was amazing and she was the best to deal with, they do not know how valuable she is to the dealership and I bet at least 50% of customers would be in repo if it wasn’t for her, she will work with you the guys will not.. All in all if you have bad credit and need a car I think they are worth checking out. Just be cautious and smart.

Hi my name is Wayde and I bought a Mercedes from Randy’s Auto. I shopped around for a Mercedes that I wanted. I had gone to several places and accidently ran into this place. I test drove a Mercedes and ended up going back the next day to purchase this car from Randy’s Auto. It runs wonderful and my wife likes it too, which is a plus! I like the fact that they have their own in house financing available.

Not sure how well business is but I had the worst experience that I’ve ever had at any business, but for a used car lot not want to sell you a car is pretty amazing. I arrived today to test drive a white convertible 650i Bmw which I am in the market to purchase in the near future, however I had the displeasure having Mark assist me. He was not enthused in the least to help me and was completely rude he spoke over me and didn’t want to hear what my time frame to purchase would be. Once he heard not today we were done. He didn’t want to let me test drive the car, so feeling uneasy about the encounter I decided to burn rubber out of there. Purchase anywhere but here no good customer service, no dollars from me… the end!

One star is being KIND! Originally we thought this place treated us like family, boy were we wrong, we were just suckers! (like many southern ca families we were hit hard by the economy crash, we unfortunately needed a car quick and purchased a Lemon from Randy’s in 2011, we put over $ 4K down for a $ 14 000 purchase, this $ 4K is for THEM… doesn’t go towards the purchase price… and we put thousands of $ into the car to take care of it and make it run better, we brought it to randy’s a few of the times that it needed work, because they will do work for CHEAP, but the work is done cheaply and with old parts… we then were in a better financial place and purchased a second car from them a year after the first car we bought… it was a nice car, looked pretty, needed a few things, I actually took it too a dealer and found it had some recalls and Infinity took care of them for free for me… we unfortunately went through a rough patch financially again after our baby was born and had to let the first car we bought go and did a voluntary repo and kept the 2^nd car… Right now actually our finances are just starting to improve and we were planning on going back to get another car and square up with them on the repo… when my car took a shit on me, and the city took it out of the lot it died in before I could tow it to them (because they are closed Sundays). I called them to ask them if they could pay to get it out of the tow yard because I was between checks at the time and didn’t want Excessive fees being added to the tow… They said they’d get it for me and did… With me understanding that we would reimburse them for the fees and make a car payment… we were just 7 days late for our current payment and $ 120 behind for the last month payment… nothing to «repo» over… They repossessed my car saying the payment was a DAY late so they had a right to repossess it!!! WTF!!! Really!!! Ok… Well it’s war now… I will make sure your company name is smeared all over the internet and that anyone who thinks of doing business with you thinks twice… We were loyal and referred people to you several times and your gonna treat us like shit!!! Screw you Mark! I know that Zeak and Christie are honest good people… I hope Christie finds a job at a more honest company that doesn’t treat people like this… NOT once did she say to me, «if we get your car for you, it will be considered a REPO»… otherwise I would have just borrowed the money from a friend the next day… Mark is a thief! Be ware if you want a car that’s reliable, don’t go here!!! If you work hard for your money, Don’t go here… if you value yourself and your self respect, go to Cal Worthington or something! They do in house financing as well!

I’m glad to see that the 5 bogus 5 star reviews for this place were taken down. After randy saw some honest and poor reviews about his business, he decided to have 5 of his arab friends post a bunch of obviously fake 5 star reviews. And really, that just sums up their work ethic here.
He might extend a line of credit to ppl with a bad credit history but he will not give you a good deal. I regret ever buying a car from these guys, they sold it to me at a price higher than its blue book value and as I found it over the next year, They lied to my face about its condition and had replaced many parts including the brake pads with old generic chinese replacement parts. I’ve had to pay thousands in repairs and I’m basically stuck with this car having spent way too much money for it.

They don’t even deserve one star. They sold us a BMW that they emphasized they had totally fixed it up, that the carfax was clean, that they put a lot of work in to it.
Almost immediately we had problems. The side mirror fell off, when we took it back, they attempted to fix it with one screw and tried to give it back to me still wobbly.
Then, the bumper fell off. I didn’t hit anything or go over a big dip in the road, it fell off while I was driving on a flat street.
I took it to a mechanic who told me it was full of Chinese parts and «in pretty bad shape.»
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, AND DONT LET ANYONE YOU KNOW DO THAT EITHER!!!

this place sucks balls there friendly of course when your making your payments but when its time for them to fix your car on the warrenty they fuck up ur car and give you the run around i lost my job because of this issue … ill see you nazis in small claims…
