Horrible service and she cut me numerous times while doing my nails. Do not go to this place! Worst nail salon I have ever been to!!!

Cassandra is the best I’m always satisfied with my nails. She give 110% in what she does and makes sure u have a a great experience she talks and make you laugh the entire time …
But I went in today I got a set of nails that said 35 dollars I sat down with Cassandra she informed me that it was gonna be 5 more for gel and a few extra to take off some polish. okay fine … there was a design on the set I picked out as I was talking to her the boss or owner who ever comes over and starts going off on me saying that why am I complaining cuz I was asking how 2 flowers is extra 15 she was just going and going I was like whatever. she walked away amd was talking (i know shit) for like 5 mins in her language
. Like come on lady it’s my money and If I’m gonna end up spending” my money” I’m allowed to ask questions … anyways I ended up paying 50 dollars for a set of nails that was marked 35!

Went here because it was close to work, she did an ok job, but in her option she was the best, after a few months of going there, one time I went after 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks, she actually yelled at me for this an complained about having to work harder now, then after I said I just wanted a simple fill, then she argued with me an wouldn’t listen to what I wanted, an didn’t want a pay the 45 $ she usually would charge for this, she had the nerve to tell me, ‘are you that broke?’
That’s really non of her business, at that time I just want a simple fill ?
She seems to try to be your buddy, an then don’t care about the job she’s doing!
I won’t go back !!
Also the tools are not clean

Came in because I was I. The area and had 45 – 50 minutes to kill. Most salons can get my gel manicure dine in 30 – 45. Walked in and place looks clean. Man named Timmy did my nails. I had bitten off my nails so they were short. But he basically applied the gel on my skin… it looked horrible. The owner could tell I wasn’t happy and asked when I went to pay and I showed her. She asked him to fix it. He basically blamed it on my nails being short and me having a lot of cuticles… but isn’t that his job to cut down my cuticles?! Long story short really bad polish job. I was beyond irritated because everyone just kept blaming me… plus I paid 23 dollars for a poor manicure. Everything in there seemed way over price. Not to mention they kept trying to add stuff on «do yoy eyebrows, pedicure, eyelashes?» Way too much over sell.

I asked for coffin nail shape and my nails look square I told Cassandra and she said «this is cuffin shape » the lady that’s always their I didn’t get her name but she had a real bad attitude and was so rude she said she didn’t have time when I was only trying to choose a color I would give this place a 0 really bad service, and not professional at all I got charge $ 35 and I was so disappointed

I like this place ! Reasonable pricing, just wish they had a discount for children mani/pedi’s like other salons.

I used to live close to this place 18 years ago. I loved it. The owner said he’s been here over 20 years, so I guess it’s the same place. It looks much nicer. Very friendly and a cute little Mascot named «Ruby» smiled at everyone that came in.
I loved the way he corrected the shape that I’ve been trying to explain to my manicurist for months.
The price is right. And I wish I lived closer so I could make this my Nail Shop again.
I’ll be back to let Lee give me a full pedicure.

This place is HORRIBLE ! I went there after it being recommended. I was completely rushed the entire time (went in for a full set). I left with cuts all over my fingers from the lady filing down my nails so hard with the machine before applying the nails and when she started to file to shape my nails. The quality of their work is horrible she didn’t even apply the gel all over my nail. I pointed it out to her that the gel did not cover my whole nail and she started filing my nails where the paint was missing instead of just putting the damn gel to cover my nail. Then I got rhinestones on each nail and she put so much glue when she told me to put my hand up to the fan the rhinestones started sliding off my nail. SHE GOT MAD at me for moving my hand, how the hell did she expect me to get my hand to the damn fan without moving. I will never go there again. I’ve had no luck finding a nail salon within the year I’ve moved to chino. I’d rather drive out to orange and continue to get them done at the place I originally go to. Oh and she got mad because I couldn’t choose a color BEFORE she started on my nails, I had plenty of time to choose. I seriously hate this place. If I could I wouldn’t rate it.

This establishment deserves a negative rating it should be shut down for contaminated tools you would think that your safe I wish o would have reported them to state board anyhow I landed up with a severe infection and an ingrown toenail have been on antibiotics for two weeks land d up in urgent care antibotic shot along with a tetnus shot have to go back for a follow up hoping my whole nail doesn’t need to be removed the advice from the doctors is to buy your own equipment if you continue to have pedicures done as for this establishment my advice is to nter at your own risk forgot to mention rude poor customer service that should have been a red flag but nice guys finish last set the picture for yourself

I thought manicures were supposed to be relaxing and not painful??? This was the most painful manicure that I’ve ever experienced. I have a normal salon, but in an effort to not be stuck on archibald, I made a pit stop. Never again. If I could give negative stars, I would. Never will I cheat on my nail salon again. If you want quality go to Mes Amies nail salon! Such a horrible experience, and terrible quality!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Take my word for it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Put gel on my acrylics after I said no then tried to charge me for it. Then when I went back for fill (I know I know my 1^st mistake) they tried to charge me double the amount because of the gel that I specifically asked them NOT to put on. Do not go here. Not to mention my nails look like crap, uneven and not what I asked for

Love love love this place. Leann always does a great job on my nails. My whole family comes here. Her and her husband are very sweet and they remember things which makes good conversation. I’m pregnant so she always has a cold bottle of water for me

Well my wife and I went in here tonight to get the mani-​pedi as advertised by the big yellow banner on the corner of Archibald and Mountain, but we didn’t stay to actually get it. The reason being is because when we walked in we were greeted – hardly a greet though – very rudely by an older Asian woman who was in the middle of giving a manicure. I told her this was our first time to her shop and if this is the shop advertising the mani-​pedi special for $ 22. She curtly said that she was «busy.» OKAY, rude, no customer service skills, but MAYBE worth the wait… My wife and I looked to the left and the right to have a seat but there were no chairs.
There was another customer who was about to sit down in the spa-​pedicure chair and asked if her friend could sit next to her. There was lots of native-​language dialogue between the rude lady and another, then finally the answer. «The chair is for paying customer only.»
Three strikes and you’re OUT! The other customer and I met eyes and asked me, «Do you know another nail shop around here?» We all walked out together in search of somewhere who considers PAYING customers as guests.

I will never come here again. The water was cold and the entire time I felt rushed because they didn’t want to lose business walking in. They were also extremely rude and made my friend feel uncomfortable throughout the pedicure by making comments that I found unnecessary. After we were done they were rushing us to pay. I’m just in disbelief how ridiculous my entire experience was. DON’T COME HERE.

This place is horrible. First of all, do they own the little dollar shop too? They made me wait until someone could do my eye brows because they were inside that dollar store next door. The lady that did my eyebrows did such a horrible job that I would have rather let my 5 year old niece do them! She didn’t clean them up very well and left patches. Then I asked her if she could trim some spots that had long strands of hair and she straight out said no. I wish she had a name tag on to pin point her. She’s an older Vietnamese lady. Whatever happened to customer service? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I went in today to get gel nails. The guy that took me in told me it was $ 25. I’ve gotten them done for 16 before but I wanted them so I said okay. I chose two colors and asked «is it an extra cost for two colors?» He said no. When it was time to pay I was charged $ 30.50. They pretty much charge whatever they want. & that’s not cool. My nails look great but misleading your guest is not acceptable.

Cassandra! Cassandra! Cassandra! She is the best nail lady ever!!! She has been doing nails for over 20 years and she has been doing my nails for three years! My nails last a month and I constantly get compliments. Try her, you won’t be sorry!

I’ve made this my regular spot since I live nearby bc of convenience. They are under new management now (same owners as 99 cent store right beside it) so things have changed. Only one of the previous ladies has stayed which I love. She’s very attentive, very sweet. Will up sell you as she goes to town on your feet. Lol. Works a little slow, but she sure will hook you up. Ask for Sally.
As far as new workers, I went the day before my birthday (had my ID out and everything) and I was not offered any deals/​discounts and was actually charged more to have my gel removed bc she used the machine instead of remover for my gel mani. I was upset. They’ll offer sodas when there’s a wait to everyone in the salon which is nice, but doesn’t suffice. Sally would have made me leave happy, but she’s not there Tuesdays.

Toes were hurting really bad the past couple weeks due to ingrown toenail on both big toes :/​me being a guy, didn’t really see myself going to a nail place. My girlfriend recommended me to go to one that was near her house. Came in very clean and comfortable space. Was greeted and treated like a king from a sweet vietnamese lady. Offered me a drink and snacks before getting my pedicure. Watched tv and sat down in a comfortable massaging chair. I ended up getting the full pedicure treatment the deluxe package which was about $ 40 dollars. DID AN AMAZING JOB on my pedicure. Thank you Queen nails for you amazing hospitality and my pedicure. I can finally walk normally. I Will Come back next time!
