Palm Tree Hydroponics is conveniently located in the heart of the Inland Empire close to most major cities like Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Montclair, Fontana, Alta Loma and Mira Loma to name a few. At the new Palm Tree Hydroponics we have unsurpassed customer service and our staff has exceptional knowledge and advice they are happy to share with you. They are always attentive to customers, work quickly to find what you need as well as answer questions. The pricing is much better than anything less than pallet rates at the big warehouses. Very impressive shop that is growing because the owner is open and willing to listen to customer needs then stock accordingly.

I’ve been to all the other hydro stores in the IE as well as Downey and Torrance, and Palm Tree beats them all in terms of customer service, product knowledge and price. It seems like a small store but they have a huge area in the back that’s stocked up. Furthermore, I believe they also do like a consignment trade in for your used equipment. They may even buy it from you outright just go and check them out, you won’t be disappointed. They are honest and super friendly. Great vibes!

2things I always look for is great customer service and product knowledge. Lupe and Sari (I hope I spelled her name correctly) went above and beyond in both categories. They were both super friendly and energetic the second I walked in. Lupe was very product knowledgable and took the time to show me what I needed and gave great advice. She could have easily tried to upsell me (I did my research ahead of time) but instead recommended what best fitted my needs. My plants are doing great and I owe it to these gals! I would hire them as my employees in a heartbeat!

This is a great store prices are pretty good. Just wish they had more supplies, its a small location so I can see why they are limited to what they can have. But the girl that works there knows a lot of info about plants and hydroponics. If your new at hydro feel free to pick her brain to inform yourself on what u need to do. A+
