MW Insulated Glass Corp.

I was given an appointment on Monday 2/​15, between 3 and 5 PM, for MW to measure my new tile shower for a glass door. No one showed up, no call. I contacted my contractor, VP Italia, to find out why, and they had not heard
anything from MW. But MW made a new appointment for Thursday, 3 days after missing it. I asked VP if MW could move it up sooner because they missed the appointment, and they did come Wednesday ²⁄₁₇. I asked the measurer when they could install it, and he said the next Wednesday, 2/​24, between 8 and 10 AM. I waited. And waited. I called my contractor, who had called them multiple times the day before to confirm, and MW finally answered and said there was a problem in tempering the glass. It would be perhaps next Monday, ²⁄₂₉. They also said their man did NOT give me the Wednesday install date. I do not appreciate businesses who miss appointments and do not call, and who call their customers liars. If they offered the door free, I would not have them in my house. They make the term «customer care» an oxymoron.

Requested a quote. Got a reasonable quote BUT ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP! I spoke with some one by the name of Melly. I asked her to send me more info through email ie what the shower door would look like (a photo of what kind of product they sell) She told me to email her! I emailed her… nothing…I emailed her again… Nothing… Well that $ 500 out the door… Train your people to give customer service.

I called them on Tuesday and they had my glass table top ready for pick-​up on Friday. My new table top is perfect and was a great price. My only regret is waiting so long to get it replaced. I would definitely use this company again.

Did you forget to mention that you DON’T have license? and that your employee’s left late afternoon when it was too dark to inspect, and that’s why you picked up the glass and most it wasn’t tampered!!!

I ordered frameless shower doors with 3/​8″ tempered glass. The shower door is beautiful. Great workmanship, friendly and professional service, and THE PRICE SERIOUSLY COULD NOT BE BEAT! So happy I found this company. My only recommendation is to call them the morning of your appointment to confirm the time.

I ordered glass for my dining room table to protect the wood. The glass was perfect but it chipped in two places by the time I got it home.
The CSR was rude and was going to charge me to repair brand new glass but luckily the Manager (Will) interceded and fixed it for me. He was extremely nice and made sure that I was satisfied. I will use them again in the future if I ever need glass again. BTW — they usually only deal with businesses.
