Best customer service ever. I’d pawn my wedding rings at this mission before. but this time I forgot about the instalment loan. I was in tears when I couldn’t find my rings I the sales floor, thinking the worst. the girl working behind the counter did everything in her power to find my rings, searching high and low, she found them. Not only did she show great customer service, but she showed compassion and understanding, things some people lack. I’ll forever be grateful to her for everything she did today.

I left the other pawn shop on Maitland and central, because no one was helping me. and found this Good place, the tall young guy with tattoos is very sweet and helpful. He helped me out with my guitar AMP, it didn’t work but he gave me 7 day exchange/​trade. Came and exchanged it for another just paid the difference. The place is nice and secure I like the buzz in door I feel safe it Helps prevent robberies and theft, very clean and nice they have great deals on plasma screens too.
