History

Established in 2004.

David Henderson has been in the real estate industry since 1996. He started off on the lending side, but he saw the explosion of investor owned properties and he realized that the big businesses he consulted for were making fortunes but the average person didn’t have an advocate on their side. David Henderson designed MH Property Services to provide investing options, advice and management services to the typical family investor.

David Henderson takes great pride in being local and providing real estate and management services to the surrounding communities.

David Henderson graduated from UC San Diego back in 1996 and immediately when to work for Wells Fargo providing mortgage loans and investment advice. David was quite successful and was promoted multiple times ending up in Chino Hills, California where he met his wife.

Several years and several rental purchases later David Henderson decided that instead of working for someone else he would start his own business and help those who didn’t have access to institutional investment advice.

The business has grown tremendously in the 8 years we’ve done this as a full-​time occupation. We are now one of the leading property management firms in Chino Hills and Irvine.

We thank every one of you who has entrusted us with managing your assets and we are pleased to report that our clients are getting higher rents with lower delinquency/​turnover and at a reasonable cost.
