Loved the staff … Very polite, professional and for it being our first time here the paper work was hassle free … That was nice… Definitely kid friendly … My 5 year old son loved the staff. Will be returning.

This is the best dental place I been to. I live in Victorville and I come here because Maria Cruz is very nice and she only does thing to your teeth that need to be done not like other places that say you have a lot of work to be done. Come and check it out great place

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! The office staff is wonderful and Dr. Cruz-​Augustin is so gentle! They also don’t try and rip you off like other offices. They have great hours so I do not have to miss work. They also do not schedule a lot of people at once. I highly recommend this office!

She is a wonderful, caring, and gentle dentist. My family and I have been going to her for years. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her staff is great too.

Office is pretty pleasant until you talk to the receptionist. The receptionist is the dentist’s husband. He is the worst. He’s messed up two of my appointments after I called to confirm and even received a text reminding me of my appointment. Then when I finally get in he berates me with questions about my career choice. I told him I wanted to teach and he goes ON AND ON about how I’m making a huge mistake because I’m not going to have any money. Apparently it’s a terrible choice. Did I ask for your opinion, RECEPTIONIST?
I’m so offended and I told him politely that it’s my passion and I don’t feel the need to discuss it with him. He continued to scoff and tell me «good luck with that» in a sarcastic tone. My father who was also there for a cleaning was completely floored.
As for my dentist, I told her my concern with a cavity. She said it wasn’t anything and it shouldn’t hurt.
I got a second opinion and guess what. It’s a cavity.
Go here if you’re close and it’s dire I guess. It’s not my first choice.

First off, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. So you might say I have a phobia when it comes to going. But I had a toothache and needed to see a dentist badly. Look up Dr. Cruz and saw that her office was nice and so was her reviews. Called in made an appointment with Sam. He was so cool and chill, made it easy to talk to him about my issue. When I came in to see Dr. Cruz she was very pleasant, smiled and was truly genuine when speaking with me. I like for my Docs to be friendly and engaging and she was all that and then some. She was attentive and was well aware of my phobia with dentist. She was gental, took her time and made me comfy about the experience I was about to embark on. She laughed with me and explained everything that she was doing so that I was well aware. So far, I have been to here three times and eveytime she gave me her full attention and made me comfortable. She is truly a great dentist and you can tell she enjoys what she does and her patients. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a dentist. She has now become my family dentist. She is awsome and great at what she does. Love her!!!

I have seen Dr. Cruz– Augustin twice now… first time for basic check up and cleaning. The second time on an emergency! Both times, Dr. Cruz-​Augustin and her staff went out of their way to help me. I appreciate that they are affordable (as I have no insurance) and work well with my work schedule. They took me ASAP when I had excruciating pain that ended up being a cracked tooth and I needed a root canal. I have placed her cards in my office and I refer all of my family & friends to go see her. She and her team are fantastic!

My family’s dentist. Dr. Cruz-​Agustin has a professional and friendly demeanor and she makes you feel like a member of the family. Her office has an open floorplan which reduces anxiety for scaredy cats like me. She even lets my mom come in and hold my hand (and I’m in my mid twenties, by the way)
Dr. Cruz-​Agustin is the mom of two adorable little ones and she also specializes in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. I think her being a mom lends itself to her bedside manner. Her husband Sam is her office manager so it’s a family business. Give them a holler sometime and mention me!
