Worst mobile home sales people ever. Company does not do any advertising, most wont even post pictures of your mobile home on the company web site. And I found out most of the sales people are not even real estate agents and can not post your mobile home on MLS listings. They have an license only to sell mobile homes, this is why they can not post on MLS listings. They try to get you to sell way below value, to make a quick sale for their pocket, not for the clients benefit. They do not have other real estate agency come to see your home. they don’t want to share their commission. Very bad company. be ware. I worked with the company in La Verne CA. my big, big mistake!
